Apple One Family prices increased in 12 European countries on October 5, 2026. Premier prices also rose in Portugal, Spain and Switzerland; Individual prices did not change in this round. New subscribers pay the updated price immediately, while existing subscribers are charged at their next renewal.
Which countries and Apple One plans are affected?
MacRumors reported the changes on October 5, 2026, and AppleInsider reported the same country and plan coverage:

MacRumors’ October 5 report and AppleInsider’s report identify the affected plans and markets. The increase is not reported for every tier in every country: Premier is affected only in the three countries listed above.
How much did Apple One cost in Spain before and after?
For Spain, Cinco Días reports monthly increases of €2 for both Family and Premier. The reported prices are:

Cinco Días’ October 5 report also says Family and Premier each rose by €2 per month in Portugal. The available reporting does not establish the exact old and new price for every affected country, so do not apply Spain’s euro amounts to other markets or currencies.
When will the higher price appear on your bill?
New subscribers are charged the updated price when they subscribe. Existing subscribers move to the new price at their next renewal, so the date depends on their billing cycle. Check the subscription’s renewal date and displayed price in your Apple account to see when the change applies to you.

Apple’s general developer documentation says auto-renewable subscription price increases may result in a notice or a request for consent, depending on applicable criteria. Its threshold guidance says consent depends on whether the threshold is exceeded when renewal occurs; thresholds can change with taxes or foreign-exchange rates. These general App Store rules do not establish which notice or consent treatment applied to any particular Apple One subscriber. What to compare before changing plans
A price change may make another tier worth considering, but the right choice depends on what you use—not only on the monthly fee. MacRumors lists these included services and iCloud+ storage amounts:

Cinco Días reports that Family and Premier can be shared with up to five additional people through Family Sharing. Before switching, check your local monthly price, the services and storage you actually use, whether you share the plan, and whether you can subscribe again if you cancel.

Apple’s availability page, published September 30, 2026, says Apple One is available only to people who subscribed before September 14, 2026, in certain markets. In those markets, canceling an active subscription means you cannot subscribe again. The restriction is market-specific, so check the Apple One listing for your own country before canceling.
