三星 750 EVO 是一款旧款 2.5 英寸 SATA SSD，曾推出 120GB、250GB 和 500GB 容量。它的短时速度和轻负载随机读写表现有可取之处，但峰值速度不代表持续写入能力；历史测试显示，重负载、缓存耗尽或盘面接近写满时表现会明显转弱。如今只有在接口匹配、盘况可信且价格合适时，才值得考虑作为轻量启动盘或日常升级。
三星 750 EVO 是什么产品？
750 EVO 是面向消费电脑的 2.5 英寸 SATA SSD。三星于 2016 年公布 120GB、250GB 和 500GB 三种容量，并将其定位为一般消费用途的存储产品。它使用 SATA 6Gb/s 接口，向下兼容 SATA 3Gb/s 和 SATA 1.5Gb/s 连接；但老电脑能否安装，还取决于实际接口、供电和机箱空间。三星 250GB 官方规格页列出的外形为 2.5 英寸，控制器为 MGX。

容量和耐久数据来自三星 SSD 官方保修表；不同地区和购买情况可能适用不同条款。TBW 是额定写入量，不是二手盘剩余寿命的测量值，也不保证旧库存或二手产品仍符合保修条件。顺序读写峰值是厂商规格而非持续写入承诺。三星的数据表说明实际表现会受系统硬件和配置影响：750 EVO 数据表。

长时间与高强度写入
三星公布的最高连续读取/写入速度为 540/520 MB/s，写入峰值依赖 TurboWrite。缓存有助于短时写入，但不应把这个峰值当作大量数据持续写入时的速度。AnandTech 的长时一致性测试指出，750 EVO 初始高性能阶段较短，之后进入相对规整的稳态表现。持续一致性测试

功能与软件支持
三星的 250GB 和 500GB 支持页列出 TRIM（需操作系统支持）、SMART 和 AES 256-bit 全盘硬件加密等功能。规格中列出加密能力，不代表该功能在每种系统或配置中都已启用或经过验证。产品支持页还列有面向 Windows 7、8、8.1 和 10 的 Magician 6.2.1 与 Data Migration 4.0.3 下载，页面标注日期为 2020 年 11 月 12 日；这不能证明它们兼容当前操作系统或仍受支持。可查阅250GB 支持页与500GB 支持页。
它适合谁？
- 可以考虑：需要为仍使用 SATA 的电脑增加启动盘或日常存储，并能确认硬盘状态、接口与安装条件的用户。
- 不宜优先考虑：需要频繁处理大型文件、长期高强度写入，或必须依赖稳定持续写入速度的用户。
- 购买旧盘时尤其谨慎：产品年代久，容量、健康状态和剩余保修不能仅凭型号或外观判断。
购买前应该核对什么？
- 确认接口与安装条件：检查电脑是否有可用的 2.5 英寸安装位、SATA 数据接口和供电。750 EVO 使用 SATA 接口，不是 NVMe SSD。
- 核实型号和容量：确认标签与卖家描述一致，尤其区分 120GB、250GB 和 500GB 版本。
- 要求查看 SMART 与写入信息：尽量核对健康数据和累计写入量；单看 SMART 不能替代实物检测或退货保障。
- 了解卖家与退换政策：确认是否为二手、翻新或旧库存，询问退换条件，并单独核实具体产品的保修资格。三星列出的保修期为三年或对应 TBW 先到为止，但不等于二手盘仍受保。
- 比较实际成交条件：现有资料无法确认 2026 年的库存、售价、商品真伪或替代型号价格；应以购买时的可信卖家信息和实物状态为准，不要把 2016 年的标价当作当前行情。
结论
三星 750 EVO 的定位和历史测试都指向轻量 SATA 使用：低队列深度随机读写有亮点，重负载持续写入则是明显短板。作为一款旧款 SSD，它只有在电脑兼容、盘况可查、交易条件可靠且价格确实合适时，才值得作为日常升级或轻量启动盘考虑。
