If the CONTROL Resonant soundtrack is unavailable in your country, the available information does not identify a specific cause. Music catalogs can differ by country and service, but there is no country-by-country availability list here to confirm whether a particular restriction is responsible. Check the official album in another licensed service or on YouTube, and share your country and the service showing the message for a more precise diagnosis.
Why the CONTROL Resonant soundtrack is unavailable in your country
The official album is listed as CONTROL Resonant (Original Soundtrack), credited to Petri Alanko and CONTROL Resonant. Apple Music gives its release date as October 2, 2026, and lists 13 songs with a total duration of 51 minutes. The listing credits Remedy Entertainment, under exclusive license to Milan Records, a label of Sony Music Entertainment. View the Apple Music listing.
TechRadar reported on October 1, 2026, that the official soundtrack was available on music apps and YouTube. That is a general report, not confirmation that every service carries the album in every country. The sources do not establish a territory-by-territory catalog, or explain the notice you are seeing without knowing your country and service. A licensing dispute, regional lock, or account problem therefore cannot be identified as the cause from the available information. Read TechRadar’s report.

Remedy announced that the game launched worldwide on September 24, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, with digital and physical game editions. That is the game’s release information; it does not establish where the separate soundtrack album can be streamed. The album listing dates the soundtrack October 2, 2026. What to try
- Search the service you already use. Search the exact album title, “CONTROL Resonant (Original Soundtrack),” and the composer name, “Petri Alanko.” Check the artist and album details to make sure the result is the official release rather than a playlist or unrelated upload.
- Check another licensed music service. Search for the same official album there. Availability can differ between services and countries, so treat this as an alternative to check—not a guaranteed fix.
- Check the official YouTube availability reported by TechRadar. Search YouTube for the official album listing. The report does not guarantee that it will be accessible in every country.
- If you mean the soundtrack bundled with the game, inspect the local edition listing first. PlayStation and Xbox store listings include an Original Soundtrack among Digital Deluxe content. Open the relevant local storefront and confirm the included content before buying. This is a game-edition route to digital soundtrack content, not evidence that the base physical game includes it or that a standalone physical album exists. Buying a Digital Deluxe game edition is not necessary just to try to access the standalone album, and the available information does not show that it overrides a regional restriction. Avoid treating a country or account-region change as a reliable remedy; the sources do not establish that it will resolve this issue.
What information helps identify the problem
To narrow down an unavailable notice, note your country, the name of the music service or storefront, and the exact message displayed. Those details are needed to distinguish a local catalog issue from another service-specific problem; without them, the reason cannot be determined.

- 1. Check Batteries: Reinstall the batteries, ensuring the contacts are clean and the polarity is correct.
- 2. Check Device: Confirm your device is powered on and functional. Try using the physical buttons on the device's panel to ensure it operates correctly.
- 3. Check for Obstructions: Make sure there are no objects blocking the path between the remote and the device's IR sensor.
- 4. Test the Remote: Use your smartphone camera for a quick test: Open your phone's camera app, point the front (LED end) of the remote directly at the phone's lens, and hold down any button. If you see a faint white or purple light flashing on your phone's screen, the remote is emitting an IR signal and is likely working. If you see no light, there may be an issue with the batteries or the remote itself.
Do not confuse this album with the original Control soundtrack
Remedy said in 2020 that the original Control soundtrack was then streaming digitally worldwide on Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, and Tidal, with digital purchase options through iTunes and Amazon Music. That announcement concerned a different album and does not confirm availability for CONTROL Resonant. Read Remedy’s 2020 announcement.
