The 100 Robux denomination is no longer shown in the Microsoft Rewards catalog available to many users. Microsoft has not published a denomination-specific explanation, so claims that it was removed because of account abuse, Roblox supply problems, or a terminated partnership are not confirmed.
The supported conclusion is narrower: Microsoft changed the Rewards catalog, and the 100 Robux option is currently unavailable in the applicable market or account catalog. Larger Roblox rewards may still be listed.
What happened to the 100 Robux reward?
Microsoft Rewards redemption offers are not identical for every user. They can vary by country, region, market, account, and current availability. Microsoft also changes its gift-card catalog and does not publish a fixed schedule for removing or restoring individual rewards.
As of August 7, 2026, the publicly visible Roblox Digital Card page lists:
#1 Best Overall
- Redemption: Online only. Robux cards can only be redeemed in a browser at Roblox.com/redeem. They cannot be redeemed in the Roblox mobile app or any video game console.
- Roblox is an immersive platform for connection and communication. Every day, millions of people come to Roblox to create, play, work, learn, and connect with each other in experiences built by our global community of creators.
- Get more with every Roblox Gift Card! From now on, when you redeem a Roblox gift card, you get up to 25% more Robux. Perfect for gaming, creating, and exploring- more Robux means more possibilities!
- Deck out your avatar and unlock additional perks in your favorite experiences when you use Roblox Gift Cards to purchase Robux (Roblox's virtual currency).
- Each gift card grants a free virtual item upon redemption.
- 800 Robux
- 1,000 Robux
The public page does not list 100 Robux, 200 Robux, or 400 Robux. It displays 13,000 points for the selected visible option in its unauthenticated view, but prices can differ after signing in. That figure should not be treated as a universal price for every account or country.
Has Microsoft explained why it was removed?
No. Microsoft has not publicly confirmed whether the 100 Robux option was affected by:
- Roblox code inventory
- Commercial or supplier terms
- Demand for smaller denominations
- Fraud or account-abuse controls
- Changes to the economics of the reward
- A permanent catalog redesign
Any of those could be possible, but none is established by Microsoft’s published support material. The accurate wording is that Microsoft removed or stopped exposing the denomination in the relevant Rewards catalog. Whether that change is temporary or permanent is unknown.

- Open the Microsoft Rewards dashboard.
- Select Redeem.
- Search for Roblox Digital Card, or browse the available rewards.
- Open the Roblox reward and review the denomination selector.
- Select Redeem now if the option you want is available.
Use the catalog while signed in to the Microsoft account that will redeem the points. A public page, old screenshot, or bookmarked URL may not show the same offers as the authenticated catalog.

Why another user might still see 100 Robux
Seeing a different denomination on another account does not prove that the option is hidden on your device. Microsoft says Rewards offers differ by country and region, and availability can also vary by account and market.
| What you see | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| The Roblox reward is missing completely | Roblox rewards may not currently be offered in your market or may be unavailable. |
| Roblox appears, but 100 Robux does not | The Roblox reward is available, but that denomination is not currently offered to your account or region. |
| A saved link no longer works | The old reward SKU or denomination may have been removed or changed. |
| The reward appears on one device only | You may be using different Microsoft accounts, regions, or authenticated states. |
| A VPN changes the catalog | The displayed catalog may reflect a different location, but using a VPN is not a supported redemption method. |
Do not use a VPN to unlock the option
Microsoft instructs users to redeem Rewards points in the same region where their account is registered. Its guidance prohibits using a VPN, proxy, or other service that hides the user’s true location. A VPN can cause location or travel errors and may create account-policy problems; it is not a reliable way to obtain a different Robux denomination.
If Microsoft says you are traveling, its guidance is to wait until you return to your home country or region rather than trying to bypass the restriction.
Could the option return?
It could, but Microsoft has not promised that it will. Some Rewards gift cards can become unavailable and later reappear, while others are changed or removed from the catalog. Microsoft Support does not provide restock or removal dates for individual unavailable gift cards.

Therefore, “it is out of stock and will definitely return” is too strong. The safer approach is to check the Redeem page periodically. The larger 800- and 1,000-Robux options currently remaining do not indicate that the 100 Robux option is scheduled to return.
What to do after redeeming a Roblox reward
If you redeem an available Roblox card but cannot find the code or link, open:
- Order History
- The relevant reward
- Order Details
- Resend, if you need another confirmation email
Microsoft also lists several verification restrictions that can prevent a redemption from completing:
- The verification number must be a mobile or landline number, not a VoIP number.
- A phone number can be associated with up to six Microsoft Rewards accounts per household.
- After too many failed verification attempts, Microsoft may require a 48-hour wait.
Claims that are not verified
- “Microsoft removed all Robux rewards.” Not correct. The public Roblox Digital Card page still lists 800 and 1,000 Robux options as of August 7, 2026.
- “Roblox ended its Microsoft Rewards partnership.” There is no official confirmation of that claim.
- “Microsoft removed 100 Robux because users abused multiple accounts.” Microsoft has rules against multiple-account abuse, but it has not identified that as the reason for this denomination’s removal.
- “A VPN will restore 100 Robux.” Unsupported and contrary to Microsoft’s redemption guidance.
- “Every user sees the same price and denominations.” Microsoft Rewards catalogs and prices can vary by market and account.
Historical community reports show that Robux denominations have changed before. Those reports demonstrate that the catalog is not fixed, but they do not establish why Microsoft removed a particular denomination on any specific occasion.

Check Microsoft Rewards → Redeem → Roblox Digital Card using your normal account and region. Do not rely on old screenshots or use a VPN, and do not assume the 100 Robux denomination is guaranteed to return.
