If a Ufone or Telenor Myco discount is missing in Pakistan, first check whether the offer is still active. Ufone’s announced MyCO English Premier League promotion ran through May 2026, and the reviewed official sources do not confirm an extension or a Telenor-specific Myco discount. Myco lists separate EPL plans for the 2026–27 season, but those direct plans do not reinstate the expired Ufone promotion.
Is the Ufone Myco discount still available?
Ufone announced its MyCO English Premier League (EPL) promotion on December 8, 2025. It listed weekly streaming for PKR 100, monthly streaming for PKR 300, and 15 free EPL streaming days with a promo code. Ufone said the partnership would run through May 2026. As of October 4, 2026, that stated period has passed; the announcement does not establish that the offer, or codes issued under it, remain valid. Check for a newer announcement before trying to redeem it. Ufone’s promotion announcement
Myco lists EPL subscription options for the Aug 2026–May 2027 season. These are current direct purchase plans, not evidence that Ufone extended its carrier promotion. See Myco’s EPL plans.

Why might the offer be missing?
The available official information does not identify the cause for any one person. Use these as possibilities to check, rather than assuming there is a general app fault:
#1 Best Overall
- YOUR CONTENT, SUPER SMOOTH: The ultra-clear 6.7" FHD+ Super AMOLED display of Galaxy A17 5G helps bring your content to life, whether you're scrolling through recipes or video chatting with loved ones.¹
- LIVE FAST. CHARGE FASTER: Focus more on the moment and less on your battery percentage with Galaxy A17 5G. Super Fast Charging powers up your battery so you can get back to life sooner.²
- MEMORIES MADE PICTURE PERFECT: Capture every angle in stunning clarity, from wide family photos to close-ups of friends, with the triple-lens camera on Galaxy A17 5G.
- NEED MORE STORAGE? WE HAVE YOU COVERED: With an improved 2TB of expandable storage, Galaxy A17 5G makes it easy to keep cherished photos, videos and important files readily accessible whenever you need them.³
- BUILT TO LAST: With an improved IP54 rating, Galaxy A17 5G is even more durable than before.⁴ It’s built to resist splashes and dust and comes with a stronger yet slimmer Gorilla Glass Victus front and Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer back.
- The promotion expired. The Ufone announcement specified a run through May 2026, and the reviewed sources do not confirm an extension.
- Your account may not be eligible. The announcement does not specify account-level eligibility rules, and the reviewed sources do not establish which numbers or subscribers qualified.
- A promo code may be missing, invalid, or no longer usable. Ufone said the 15-day trial required a code, but did not publish its text, expiry mechanics, or the checkout screen where it should be entered.
- You may be using a different account or redemption route. Ufone directed customers to a dedicated banner in the UPTCL app; the announcement does not explain whether the offer would appear in every Myco account or checkout flow.
- There may be an app-side issue. One Google Play reviewer reported not seeing a promo-code field. That individual report does not establish a widespread defect or explain another user’s experience. Myco’s Google Play listing
What to check, in order
- Verify the offer dates. Compare any saved message, code, or offer screen with Ufone’s stated end date of May 2026. Look for a newer official announcement before assuming the old terms still apply. Ufone announcement
- Check UPTCL and UShop. Ufone’s promotion announcement directed users to a dedicated banner in the UPTCL app. For general Ufone offer details, its FAQ says to open UShop, go to Offers/Bundles, and choose “View Details.” That general FAQ does not confirm Myco-specific eligibility. Ufone UPTCL app FAQ
- Confirm which account and code you are using. Check that the Myco account and carrier number match the account that received the offer, if it was account-specific. The announcement does not state whether codes were restricted to certain accounts or where a valid code should be entered, so do not rely on a guessed code field or redemption method.
- Contact the right support team. For a Myco app or code problem, the current app listing gives support@myco.io. Include your Myco account identifier, device model, a description of the offer, a screenshot of the error, and a payment receipt if relevant. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. For a Ufone carrier-offer or billing issue, use support/contact options shown in UPTCL or Ufone’s current support site. For Telenor offer activation or balance-deduction problems, Telenor says to lodge a complaint in My Telenor; its listed contact options are 345 or UAN 042111345100. This is general carrier support, not confirmation of a Telenor-Myco deal. Telenor Offers FAQ
Does Telenor have a Myco discount?
The reviewed official Telenor offers FAQ does not confirm a Myco-specific discount or subscriber eligibility. Do not buy a Telenor bundle expecting it to unlock a Myco discount unless Telenor or Myco confirms a current offer for your account. Telenor’s complaint route is relevant to its own offer activation and billing issues, not proof that a Myco promotion exists. Telenor Offers FAQ
