These values belong to the ACM 828/BA/WH sheet; do not assume they apply to a different suffix or regional model. The separate ACM 828/BA product data lists overall dimensions of 56 × 580 × 510 mm. Overall hob dimensions and the minimum niche dimensions describe different measurements, so use the exact installation drawing for your appliance rather than substituting one for the other. What cookware works?
Induction heats through a magnetic field, so a pan must have a magnetically detectable base. The manual advises using cookware marked as suitable for induction; a simple magnet check can help determine whether a pan’s base is magnetic. Will it fit, and can it go above an oven?
Do not plan a cutout from the model name alone. The technical sheet’s 560 × 490 mm minimum niche applies to ACM 828/BA/WH. The product data’s 56 × 580 × 510 mm is the overall size for ACM 828/BA. Verify the full suffix, installation diagram and local requirements before cutting a worktop.
The manual calls for the specified installation clearances, an inaccessible underside after installation, and cooling provision for an oven below. It says not to install the hob above a dishwasher or washing machine, because steam or moisture could damage the electronics.
