YouTube Studio channel permissions—not a looping service—are the way to let multiple people manage a YouTube channel. Invite teammates and assign roles: a Manager can manage permissions and livestreams, while an Editor can manage livestreams but cannot change who has access. A loop service may keep video playing, but that is a separate job from granting channel access.
Separate channel access from continuous playback
“Loop service” can mean a service that repeatedly plays prerecorded video as a livestream, or it can mean help managing a channel. Those functions do not automatically include one another. YouTube’s built-in channel permissions control which people can work in the channel; a streaming service handles playback. The available information does not establish that any particular looping service provides its own multi-admin channel-access feature.
YouTube says it offers five permission levels so multiple people can manage a channel without needing access to the owner’s Google Account. Use those roles for channel administration rather than sharing the owner’s login.
Choose a YouTube role for each teammate

Use Manager only for trusted people who need to administer access as well as do channel work. Choose Editor when someone needs to publish content or manage livestreams but should not invite or remove other users. Viewer roles suit people who need to inspect channel details or monitor streams without controlling them.

Invite another channel manager in YouTube Studio
- On a computer, sign in to YouTube Studio with an account that can manage channel permissions.
- Open Settings, then Permissions, and select Invite.
- Enter the teammate’s email address and choose the role that matches their duties.
- Send the invitation. The invitee must accept it; invitations expire after 30 days.
- To change or remove access later, return to Settings > Permissions and update the person’s role or remove their access.
If your channel still uses Brand Account roles, YouTube instructs channel owners to migrate to channel permissions first. Delegated channel permissions also do not provide access to YouTube Music, the YouTube Kids app, or YouTube APIs.
What loop and livestream services do—and do not—do
Looping playback
A service that keeps prerecorded video playing can address continuity, not necessarily channel administration. Do not assume that creating a stream or connecting a stream key lets the service invite channel admins. Confirm access-control capabilities in the specific provider’s documentation before relying on them.

YouTube Live Streaming API
YouTube’s Live Streaming API supports scheduling and managing broadcasts and streams. That streaming functionality is distinct from YouTube Studio’s user-role permissions, and does not replace them for general channel administration.
Outside channel-management help
YouTube’s Services Directory describes channel-management providers, including livestream support. It can be a place to investigate outside help, but a directory listing alone does not establish that a particular provider offers multi-admin access. Check the provider’s own scope and terms before granting access.

Common access and setup problems
- A teammate cannot change permissions: Check their assigned role. Editors and Viewer roles cannot manage permissions; a trusted teammate who needs that ability requires Manager or Owner access.
- An invitation no longer works: Invitations expire after 30 days. Send a new invitation from Settings > Permissions.
- The permissions option is not available as expected: Check whether the channel still uses Brand Account roles; YouTube says to migrate to channel permissions first.
- A delegated user expects access to an API or another YouTube surface: Channel permissions do not currently provide access to YouTube APIs, YouTube Music, or the YouTube Kids app.
- A loop provider is expected to add channel admins: Playback and channel permissions are separate. Invite admins through YouTube Studio and verify any provider-specific access controls independently.
