StreamNeo is the clearest documented fit if you want prerecorded videos to run continuously as a YouTube livestream: it runs from the cloud, shows India pricing, and offers a 24-hour trial without requiring a card. But neither StreamNeo nor StreamSetu publicly confirms that a particular Indian prepaid card will work. Check the chosen plan’s checkout and ask your card issuer before paying.
This is about a creator-side service for streaming uploaded recordings on YouTube—not YouTube Premium or a viewer subscription. A provider’s rupee pricing, or its use of the word “prepaid,” does not guarantee acceptance of your prepaid card.

Why StreamNeo comes first: it is the clearest documented match for continuously streaming uploaded recordings to YouTube from the cloud, with a no-card trial. That is not a guarantee your card will be accepted for a paid plan.
What StreamNeo costs—and what to verify
StreamNeo’s homepage displays monthly prices of ₹799 for 720p, ₹1,199 for 1080p, ₹1,999 for 1440p, and ₹3,499 for 4K, each for one continuous stream with different storage amounts. These are provider-displayed amounts, not confirmation of what your checkout will charge; verify the current plan, taxes, and options there. The page also lists daily, weekly, monthly, six-month, and yearly billing periods, and a 24-hour trial without a card. See StreamNeo’s site.

Why Google Play payment rules do not settle this
Google Play’s India payment guidance lists Mastercard and Visa credit/debit cards, RuPay for one-time purchases only, Google Play balance, and UPI. It also describes UPI AutoPay mandates for recurring subscriptions and says netbanking was discontinued on Google Play from October 2025. Those are Google Play billing methods, not a payment-method list for StreamNeo, StreamSetu, or other third-party host checkouts. Google Play India payment methods.
Google Play calls fixed-duration subscriptions that do not renew automatically “prepaid plans,” and notes that not all apps offer them. This explains the distinction between fixed-term access and recurring billing, but it does not establish how either streaming provider charges or which cards it accepts. How to check whether your prepaid card will work
- Choose the exact provider plan and term. Do not assume that a plan described as prepaid will accept a prepaid card.
- Open that provider’s checkout and inspect the payment options. A displayed India price is not proof that your card type is supported.
- Check the billing behavior. Confirm whether payment is a one-time charge or involves recurring billing or a mandate.
- Ask your card issuer. Confirm that the card permits the relevant online transaction and, if applicable, recurring payments or mandates.
- Use StreamNeo’s no-card trial to evaluate the service first. It gives you 24 hours to try the service, but it does not verify that a prepaid card will work for a paid plan.
Or let it run in the cloud
With StreamNeo, upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. The cloud keeps the stream running, so nothing has to stay on at home. It plays uploaded videos to YouTube; it does not broadcast a live camera feed.
