For a four-line household, the lowest clearly priced unlimited option in the available comparison is US Mobile Unlimited Starter at $100 per month, according to US Mobile’s August 2026 comparison. Cricket Wireless separately advertises four lines for $100 monthly, but its offer’s exact plan terms and eligibility need to be confirmed before treating it as equivalent unlimited service. The right answer can change with line count, coverage, data use, taxes, autopay, and advance-payment requirements.
Four-line family-plan prices compared
The figures below are four-line monthly totals from US Mobile’s August 2026 comparison, not independently verified checkout quotes. Its comparison says US Mobile’s prices include taxes and do not require autopay; prices shown for the major national carriers reflect autopay-eligible rates, with taxes and fees typically added to bills. It also says those carriers’ prices are typically $5–$10 more per line without autopay. Confirm the current total at checkout.

Cricket’s official offer page, accessed October 4, 2026, separately displays “4 lines for $100 monthly.” The page also lists Select Unlimited at $35 per month with autopay and says new lines are required for Select Unlimited, but the displayed offer information does not establish that the four-line promotion is for that plan or explain all its restrictions. Verify the plan name, eligibility, included service, and checkout price before comparing it with an unlimited plan.

If you need four unlimited lines
US Mobile Unlimited Starter is the lowest specified four-line unlimited price in the comparison: $100 monthly, including taxes and without an autopay condition, according to US Mobile’s August 2026 figures. Cricket’s $100 offer could match that price, but the available offer details do not establish equivalent plan terms. The comparison lists four-line prices of $120 for Verizon Unlimited Welcome and AT&T Value 2.0, and $130 for Cricket Supreme Unlimited.

If each person can use 6GB or less
Tom’s Guide’s July 27, 2026 comparison lists Mint Mobile’s 6GB plan at $15 per line per month with annual payment. For four lines, that means $180 paid upfront for the first three months, then $720 to continue for a full year at the same monthly equivalent. The $15 figure is therefore not a month-to-month bill, and the data allowance is 6GB per line.
If a major carrier’s specific features matter
Price alone may not settle the choice. AT&T’s current plans page lists Extra 2.0 at $40 per line for four lines, including unlimited talk, text, and data, 100GB of high-speed data, and 50GB of hotspot data per line. After the high-speed allowance, AT&T may temporarily slow speeds when its network is busy. The plan page says 5G requires a compatible device and is not available everywhere.

It will NOT work with other CDMA carriers, and it is also not compatible with their MVNO (Visible, Xfinity Mobile, US Mobile, Cricket Wireless, etc).

How to compare the real household cost
- Price the actual number of lines. Use the household total, not a single-line teaser price. Ask the carrier to show the recurring amount for your exact line count and any fees.
- Check the price conditions. Determine whether the quote requires autopay, includes taxes and fees, or depends on opening new lines or meeting another eligibility rule.
- Match the data to each person. Compare high-speed allowances, hotspot limits, and what happens after a data threshold or when the network is congested.
- Check coverage and device compatibility. Coverage varies by location and a phone may need to support the carrier’s network. Cricket states: “Cricket 5G requires a compatible device and is not available everywhere.” Check the carrier’s coverage information and compatibility tool before switching or buying hardware.
- Account for payment timing. Compare the total due today, the length of any introductory period, and the renewal amount. A low monthly equivalent can require a large advance payment.
- Include bundle requirements. Some cable-company mobile offers require an active home-internet subscription. Include that service’s cost when calculating the household’s effective price.
Why there is no universal cheapest family plan
Carriers price lines and promotions differently, and a household’s effective cost depends on more than the advertised monthly figure. Four lines are only one comparison case; a family with fewer lines, different data needs, a qualifying bundle, or weak coverage on a given network may get a different result. Prices and promotional terms can change, so confirm the plan details and final bill at the carrier’s checkout before enrolling.
