Don’t rely on a fixed price gap: marketplace snapshots vary, and the displayed price can depend on seller and RAM/storage configuration. Check the exact variant and current listing from an authorized Indian retailer before buying.

Which phone is better for gaming?
The Neo 10 is the more explicitly gaming-focused option in the listed hardware and vendor features. Its Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is newer than the Nord 5’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, and iQOO lists a 144 Hz, 1.5K AMOLED display, a large vapor chamber and bypass charging. iQOO says bypass charging can prioritize powering the phone directly during game mode to reduce battery-charging heat. That is a vendor claim, not an independent matched thermal test.

OnePlus also promotes gaming, including 144 FPS support for selected titles. That does not mean every game runs at 144 FPS: support depends on the game and its settings. Neither the listed specifications nor a synthetic benchmark by itself establishes sustained frame rates, heat, or throttling in your games.

Battery and charging: what the figures tell you
OnePlus lists a 6,800 mAh battery and 80 W charging for the India Nord 5; iQOO lists 7,000 mAh and 120 W FlashCharge for the Neo 10. Those capacities and advertised charging rates favor the Neo 10 on paper, but they do not prove how long either phone lasts or how quickly it charges in a particular situation. Screen brightness, mobile signal, gaming and other usage affect battery life; charging conditions also affect charge time.
Be careful when reading reviews of the Nord 5: Tom’s Guide tested a 5,200 mAh variant and explicitly distinguishes it from the 6,800 mAh India version. Its battery and benchmark observations are specific to the reviewed variant and are not a direct comparison with the Neo 10.
Display and camera differences
The Nord 5 has the slightly larger listed display: 6.83 inches versus 6.78 inches for the Neo 10. Both are listed as 1.5K-class, 144 Hz AMOLED screens. The refresh rate describes the display’s potential smoothness; it does not guarantee that every app or game uses 144 Hz.

The Neo 10 comparison listing gives a 32 MP front camera and 50 MP main plus 8 MP ultrawide rear cameras. The Nord’s higher selfie resolution is a specification advantage, not proof of better-looking selfies. Image processing, lighting and camera samples matter more than megapixel counts alone.

Software support, build and handling
91mobiles lists four Android-version updates and six years of security updates for the Nord 5, compared with three Android-version updates and four years of security updates for the Neo 10. These are third-party comparison entries, not independently confirmed current brand-policy terms. Check each manufacturer’s current India support terms before treating the durations as commitments. The same comparison lists both phones with Android 15.
OnePlus India and iQOO India each specify an IP65 rating. This rating is not a promise of immunity from all water or dust damage. The comparison material lists the Neo 10 at 206 g, while a review reports the Nord 5 at 211 g; verify the exact variant and source when weight is a deciding factor.

There is no dependable fixed rupee difference to quote from the available listings. On October 7, 2026, 91mobiles displayed ₹45,000 for the Nord 5 and ₹46,952 for the Neo 10, but those figures are access-time snapshots, not verified live prices, and may refer to different variants or seller conditions. A separate comparison result showed different prices.
Before comparing prices, match RAM and storage, seller, stock status and any applicable offer on the same day. Check an authorized Indian retailer’s listing for the exact SKU; do not infer that one phone is consistently more expensive from those snapshot figures.
