There is no verified single winner across every Vivo phone in India as of October 2026. The most relevant official figures are for the Vivo V60 Mist Gray at 7.53 mm and the Vivo V50 Titanium Grey at 7.39 mm. Vivo’s “slimmest” claims apply to different battery-capacity categories and are based on dated internal research, so they do not establish an overall ranking across all models.
Vivo phones with published slimness figures
Vivo’s India product pages publish thickness figures for the V60 and V50, with dimensions that vary by model and, for the V50, by color. The table separates those variants and keeps the battery-category claim attached to the date Vivo gives for it.
| Model and variant | Published thickness | Battery category and claim |
|---|---|---|
| Vivo V60 Mist Gray | 7.53 mm | Vivo calls it the slimmest smartphone in the 6,500 mAh battery category, based on its internal research as of 11 July 2025. Vivo India V60 |
| Vivo V50 Titanium Grey | 7.39 mm | Vivo calls it the slimmest smartphone in the 6,000 mAh battery category, based on its internal research as of 20 January 2025. Vivo India V50 |
| Vivo V50 Rose Red | 7.57 mm | Vivo lists this color variant at the same 6,000 mAh capacity. Vivo India V50 |
| Vivo V50 Starry Night | 7.67 mm | Vivo lists this color variant at the same 6,000 mAh capacity. Vivo India V50 |
How to interpret Vivo’s “slimmest” claims
The V60 and V50 claims use different battery-capacity categories: 6,500 mAh for the V60 and 6,000 mAh for the V50. The dates are also different. These are Vivo’s manufacturer claims based on its internal research, not independent measurements or a single, up-to-date comparison of every Vivo phone sold in India.
For a like-for-like comparison, check the exact color variant and use the thickness listed for that variant. The V50’s published measurements show why the model name alone is not enough: Titanium Grey is 7.39 mm, Rose Red is 7.57 mm, and Starry Night is 7.67 mm.

Where the X Fold5 fits
Vivo lists the X Fold5 Titanium Gray at 9.2 mm when folded and 4.3 mm when unfolded, with a listed weight of 217 g. Vivo India X Fold5 specifications
Those two thicknesses describe different states of a foldable phone. The unfolded figure should not be ranked against the body thickness of a conventional slab phone as if they were equivalent measurements.
