In the available head-to-head results, phones using Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 scored higher than the Nothing Phone (2a) with Dimensity 7200 Pro. That points to an advantage for the tested Snapdragon phone, not a universal processor ranking: benchmark scores depend on the handset and test conditions. On paper, the Dimensity 7200 has two Cortex-A715 cores clocked up to 2.8 GHz, while Qualcomm lists the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 CPU at up to 2.5 GHz.
What the benchmark comparison shows
91mobiles reports these scores for the particular phones in its comparison. The publication year is not stated; the comparison page was accessed in 2026.
| Benchmark | Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 phone | Nothing Phone (2a), Dimensity 7200 Pro |
|---|---|---|
| AnTuTu | 834,739 | 707,480 |
| Geekbench single-core / multi-core | 1,208 / 3,325 | 1,068 / 2,454 |
These figures favor the Snapdragon-equipped handset in this comparison. They are not fixed chip-only scores: cooling, memory, firmware, benchmark version, and test conditions can all affect results. For a useful comparison, look for results from the same benchmark version and similar conditions, and assess sustained performance separately from short runs. 91mobiles

The “Dimensity 7200 Pro” name is associated by MediaTek with the Nothing Phone (2a). MediaTek’s general Dimensity 7200 specification page describes the base platform, so its details should not automatically be treated as a full specification sheet for every 7200 Pro implementation.

These are platform capabilities, not guarantees about a finished phone. Manufacturers choose the camera hardware, memory configuration, modem bands, cooling, display, and software implementation. Qualcomm’s platform details are on its Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 page; MediaTek lists the Dimensity 7200 specifications and identifies the Phone (2a) version as Dimensity 7200 Pro.
How to interpret other Phone (2a) scores
Geekbench’s live Nothing Phone (2a) chart is compiled from user-submitted Geekbench 6 results. At the time it was accessed, it displayed 906 single-core, 2,355 multi-core, 2,489 Vulkan, and 2,754 OpenCL scores. These are chart values that can change as submissions arrive; they are not a matched test against a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 phone and should not be mixed with results from other Geekbench versions. What to compare when choosing a phone
Use the chip comparison as one input, not a substitute for assessing the phones themselves. A model such as the Nothing Phone (3a) is cited by 91mobiles as using Snapdragon 7s Gen 3; the Nothing Phone (2a) is the Dimensity 7200 Pro example identified by Nothing and MediaTek. Confirm the exact configuration and regional version when comparing models.
