Rebet’s official sources give conflicting state availability lists. Its Sweepstakes Official Rules name 12 excluded states, while its homepage names six. Neither statement alone establishes which states the app currently accepts, or whether state law permits participation. Check Rebet’s current rules and in-app location eligibility before entering.
What states is Rebet legal in?
Rebet’s Sweepstakes Official Rules list Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee as excluded, along with any jurisdiction where participation is otherwise prohibited. Rebet’s homepage FAQ instead lists only Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, and Nevada as exceptions. The published lists do not match, and Rebet does not explain the discrepancy in those materials.
| Official source | What it says | What that establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Rebet Sweepstakes Official Rules | Names 12 excluded states and adds “where otherwise prohibited.” | A written sweepstakes eligibility restriction; it is not a state-by-state legal opinion. |
| Rebet homepage FAQ | Says the platform is accessible across the United States except six states: Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, and Nevada. | A separate operator availability statement. The homepage says promotional availability may change monthly. |
Do not merge the lists or assume that a state missing from one list is definitely available. The official materials do not establish the exact state list currently enforced by the app.

- Open Rebet’s current Sweepstakes Official Rules and check the excluded-state list and the “where otherwise prohibited” condition.
- Check the Rebet homepage for its current availability statement; Rebet says promotional availability may change monthly.
- Use Rebet’s current app and location eligibility check for your location before participating. A state’s absence from a published exclusion list is not affirmative confirmation that the app offers service there.
- If the rules, homepage, and app do not agree, do not treat the conflict as resolved. Contact Rebet or wait for its official materials to clarify eligibility before entering.
An independent state guide also cautions that not being recorded as excluded does not prove an operator offers service in a state. Its information is secondary and should not replace Rebet’s current rules or app eligibility check: SweepState’s Rebet state guide.

Is Rebet’s availability the same as state legality?
No. An operator’s list describes the locations where it says users may participate; it does not, by itself, determine how state law or a regulator classifies the service. Conversely, a state not named in an exclusion list is not proof that participation is lawful or that Rebet is available there.
Rebet describes itself as a social sportsbook with promotional sweepstakes and loyalty rewards, and says it does not offer real-money gambling or real-money prizes based on play. That is Rebet’s characterization, not an independent legal finding about its product in every state. Its rules also place responsibility on participants to determine whether participation complies with the laws in their jurisdiction.

A Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency document raised questions about whether Rebet offered sports wagering, casino gaming, or fantasy competition games without applicable registration or licensure. That document concerns Maryland and does not establish a nationwide ruling or current enforcement status.
Who is eligible under Rebet’s rules?
Rebet’s Sweepstakes Official Rules say the sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old, except in the listed excluded states and wherever participation is otherwise prohibited. The rules state: “It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.” Check the live rules for the terms that apply when you participate.

What Rebet means by Rebet Coins and Rebet Cash
Rebet’s homepage describes Rebet Coins as entertainment currency that cannot be redeemed for cash or external prizes. It describes Rebet Cash as used for promotional sweepstakes games and potentially redeemable for prizes, subject to minimum redemption and verification requirements. Rebet says Rebet Cash may be available through select Rebet Coin purchases or alternative entry options, and that no purchase is necessary.
The official rules say Rebet Cash (RCH) cannot be purchased and describe ways to obtain it, including no-cost giveaways, a zero-balance method, and alternative entry instructions. Because the operator’s descriptions and rules govern the specific mechanics, consult the current official rules rather than relying on a summary when deciding whether or how to enter.
