If you miss a payment deadline for a Hajj package booked through Nusuk, the published terms reviewed do not say whether the booking is automatically cancelled, held, or still payable. Check the notice and package-specific terms in your account, then contact Nusuk support promptly for a booking-specific answer. Don’t assume your place is either secure or lost until Nusuk confirms its status.
What the Nusuk terms say about a missed payment
Nusuk’s Terms of Use refer to multiple payments for package services, which can include flights, accommodation, transportation, catering, and a guide. The terms reviewed do not set out a universal installment schedule or explain what happens when a payment deadline is missed. They therefore do not establish whether a late payment is accepted, whether a booking is cancelled, or whether it can be reinstated.
Your booking notice or package-specific policy may provide details that are not stated as a general rule. Check those materials and ask Nusuk to confirm what applies to your reference number.
Do not confuse the cancellation period with extra time to pay
The Terms of Use describe a cancellation grace period for an individual package: 72 hours after purchase, or until platform bookings close, whichever comes first. This is a cancellation rule, not a stated late-payment grace period; it does not show that you can pay up to 72 hours late.

The same terms describe refund conditions for cancellations. Package reservation refunds are handled under the cancellation policy, and a refund request may take up to 45 working days to process. If you paid by Visa or Mastercard and request a cancellation or refund, the terms say the amount is returned to that card. A 2% fee, exclusive of tax, applies to refunds from the platform wallet. These are refund provisions, not automatic remedies for missing a payment deadline. The Ministry reserves the right to change the cancellation and refund policy without prior notice, so check the current terms and your booking notice.
Flight bookings may also be subject to the flight booking policy shown during flight selection and booking. If your package includes a flight, check the flight terms as well as the package terms.

What to do now
- Open the same Nusuk account used to book. Read the booking and payment notice and the package-specific policy. Note the package reference and the deadline displayed.
- Check the payment status. See whether Nusuk shows the payment as completed, pending, or declined, and check with your payment provider. Keep the transaction receipt or decline notice.
- Contact Nusuk support promptly. The Nusuk FAQ lists live chat, a support email, and a 24/7 call center. You can also submit an inquiry through the official ticket page. Ask whether the booking is active, what payment action or deadline applies now, and whether any recovery option is available. Confirm current contact details on the official pages.
- Use official booking channels. For countries covered by the Direct Hajj Program, Nusuk says packages are booked through Nusuk rather than an external platform. Do not pay an unofficial intermediary or rely on an outside party promising a booking or visa.
You can write: “My package payment deadline was [date/time]. My booking reference is [reference]. The payment shows [status]. Is the booking still active, and what action should I take now?” This is a practical message, not an official form requirement.
