On the ASRock E350M1, C6 Mode controls whether the CPU C6 idle state is enabled through the UEFI. The manual lists Disabled as the default. Enabling it makes C6 available when the platform and operating system call for it; it does not guarantee a particular power saving or performance change.
What the C6 setting changes
ASRock describes the option in its E350M1 user manual under Advanced > CPU Configuration: “Use this to enable or disable CPU C6 state.” C6 is an idle power state: processors can move into lower-power states when a core is idle and return to a fully-on state when work is scheduled. The firmware option controls whether CPU C6 is enabled; it does not force the processor to remain in C6.
AMD’s general CPU power-saving guidance notes that power states can affect latency and jitter in latency-sensitive applications. That guidance is not a measurement or specific recommendation for the E-350 or E350M1.

The sources do not establish how many watts either choice uses on this board, or whether enabling C6 changes performance, temperature, or stability in a particular setup.

Where to find it and whether to change it
In UEFI, open Advanced > CPU Configuration and locate C6 Mode. If you have no specific reason to alter it, leaving the documented default, Disabled, follows the manual. If you are troubleshooting a latency or stability issue, change only this setting and compare behavior under the same workload; the sources do not identify C6 Mode as a fix for any particular problem.
