Webflow’s free Starter plan is enough to experiment or publish a small site on a Webflow subdomain. For a custom domain, choose a paid Site plan: Basic costs $15 per site per month with yearly billing or $25 with monthly billing, while Premium costs $25 yearly or $39 monthly and adds CMS capabilities. Workspace plans are separate; they cover staging and collaboration, not custom-domain hosting. Prices and plan terms below reflect Webflow’s 2026 information and may change.

Webflow Site plan prices and limits in 2026

Site plans determine how an individual site is published and hosted. The prices below are USD per site per month; yearly prices require annual billing. Taxes may be added at checkout. Webflow’s official pricing page and Site plan guidance provide the current plan details.

Plan Price Publishing and capacity Best fit
Starter Free Webflow subdomain; up to two static pages, 50 CMS items, and 1,000 monthly visits Experimenting or a small site that fits the limits
Basic $15 per month billed yearly; $25 billed monthly Custom-domain publishing; 300 static pages; 10 GB monthly bandwidth Static site that does not use CMS or ecommerce
Premium $25 per month billed yearly; $39 billed monthly CMS; 20,000 CMS items; 40 Collections; 300 static pages; 50 GB base monthly bandwidth Blogs, portfolios, and other content-rich sites

Webflow identifies Basic for sites that do not need CMS or ecommerce and Premium for CMS-powered sites. Premium bandwidth add-ons are available; check your actual usage and the applicable add-on charge before estimating a total. The pricing page lists plan prices and limits.

Which Webflow plan should you choose?

Stay on Starter if its limits are enough

Starter is suitable when a Webflow subdomain is acceptable and the site fits within two static pages, 50 CMS items, and 1,000 monthly visits. A custom domain or capacity beyond the free plan’s limits is a reason to consider a paid Site plan. Check the official Site plan guidance for the listed Starter limits.

Choose Basic for a custom-domain static site

Basic is the fit when you need custom-domain publishing and more static pages but do not need CMS or ecommerce. Its published limits include 300 static pages and 10 GB of monthly bandwidth. Compare the yearly and monthly billing rates in the table against how long you expect to keep the plan.

Choose Premium when the site needs CMS

Premium is Webflow’s CMS-capable Site plan. The included 20,000 CMS items and 40 Collections accommodate structured content such as blog posts or portfolio entries. Its base bandwidth is 50 GB per month, so a content-heavy site with substantial traffic should account for possible bandwidth add-ons rather than judging cost by the base price alone.

What changed from the old CMS and Business plans?

Webflow combined the former CMS and Business Site plans into Premium. For former CMS subscribers, Webflow announced increases from 2,000 to 20,000 included CMS items, 20 to 40 Collections, and 150 to 300 static pages. The announced additions also include form file uploads, well-known files, and faster search indexing. Former Business subscribers move from 100 GB to 50 GB base bandwidth while receiving 20,000 CMS items. Details are in Webflow’s plan-change announcement and Site plan guidance.

How Workspace plans affect the total

A Workspace is a separate purchase from a Site plan. It governs staging and team collaboration; upgrading it does not provide a custom-domain Site plan. Webflow lists a free Starter Workspace, Core at $19 per month with yearly billing, and Growth at $49 per month with yearly billing. The pricing page lists current prices, and Webflow’s plan guidance describes the distinction between site hosting and workspace needs.

  • Starter Workspace: Two unhosted staging sites, with two static pages and 50 CMS items per staged site.
  • Core: 10 staging sites.
  • Growth: Unlimited staging sites, with additional access and publishing controls.

Consider a Workspace upgrade when staging capacity, roles, access control, or publishing permissions are the constraint. Site plan and Workspace charges can both contribute to the bill. Seats and optional products may also affect the total; Webflow’s pricing calculator excludes Workspace plans, seats, and add-ons such as Optimize, Analyze, and Localization.

How bandwidth can change the real price

Premium’s 50 GB base allowance and possible add-ons make traffic important when comparing plans or assessing a migration. Webflow’s pricing-change help article gives two illustrative yearly-billed former Business examples; these are Webflow scenarios, not personalized quotes:

Former Business usage example Before migration After migration
150 GB $39 base plus $20 bandwidth add-on = $59 per month $25 base plus $40 bandwidth add-on = $65 per month
500 GB $199 per month $199 per month

The examples show why the lower Premium base price does not guarantee a lower bill for a high-traffic site. Review the site’s usage history and the applicable add-on pricing, then compare full monthly totals. Webflow explains these scenarios in its Site plan change guidance.

When existing Webflow sites move to the new plans

Webflow says new Site-plan purchases moved to the new lineup on May 13, 2026. For most existing sites, the change applies at renewal or after a billable change on or after June 29, 2026. Sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces, and sites on legacy pricing, have a later threshold: renewal or a billable change on or after November 16, 2026. Existing CMS and Business sites are automatically migrated when the change applies.

Webflow defines a billable change to include upgrading or downgrading a base Site plan or switching billing cycles. Because the transition depends on a site’s renewal and account context, check the specific site rather than assuming a single migration date. See the Webflow announcement and plan-change guidance.

Estimate your Webflow bill before upgrading

  1. Identify the publishing need. Decide whether a Webflow subdomain works or whether the site needs a custom domain.
  2. Check the content model. If the site needs structured, dynamic CMS content, compare Premium; if it is static and does not use ecommerce, compare Basic.
  3. Measure capacity needs. Review static-page count, CMS items, Collections, and recent bandwidth usage against the plan limits.
  4. Compare billing cycles. Basic and Premium have different monthly and yearly-billed rates; account for taxes and any add-ons.
  5. Assess collaboration separately. Upgrade Workspace only if staging or team access and publishing controls require it.
  6. For an existing site, verify migration context. Check the site’s next renewal, Workspace type, legacy pricing status, and whether a planned plan or billing-cycle change triggers migration.

Webflow’s pricing calculator can help with the published Site-plan figures, but it excludes Workspace plans, seats, and specified optional add-ons. Confirm current charges in the account and on Webflow’s pricing pages before committing, because prices, limits, add-on rates, and migration terms can change.
