Is Watch Dogs: Legion getting a Director’s Cut?
TweakTown reported on October 6, 2026 that a Watch Dogs: Legion Director’s Cut was reportedly in development, with a target of the first half of 2027. The outlet also said Ubisoft had not confirmed the project. The reported window is therefore a target attributed to that report, not an announced release date; details about what the edition would include are not established. Read TweakTown’s report.
This is a separate claim from Guillemot’s comments about the franchise’s future. Neither report confirms that a new mainline Watch Dogs game is in active development.
