सेटअप के लिए क्या चाहिए?
- एक Vultr Linux Cloud Compute instance, जिस तक आप SSH या Vultr Console से पहुँच सकें। Vultr के अनुसार Cloud Compute configurable virtual machines हैं; वीडियो transcoding अधिक demanding workload का उदाहरण है, लेकिन इससे किसी एक तय instance size की जरूरत साबित नहीं होती।
- वीडियो फ़ाइल, FFmpeg और ऐसा instance जो चुने हुए resolution, frame rate और encoding method को संभाल सके।
- YouTube channel पर Live Control Room की पहुँच और उस stream का ingest URL तथा stream key।
जरूरी instance क्षमता codec, resolution, frame rate, software encoding के CPU भार और चुने हुए instance पर निर्भर करेगी। किसी आकार को सार्वभौमिक न्यूनतम न मानें: पहले कम resolution पर stream जाँचें और CPU उपयोग तथा dropped frames देखकर बदलाव करें।
Vultr instance और FFmpeg कैसे तैयार करें?
- Linux instance deploy करें। Vultr में Cloud Compute instance बनाएँ और Linux चुनें। SSH या Vultr Console से जुड़ें। वीडियो को server पर अपलोड करें और उसका पूरा फ़ाइल-पथ नोट करें।
- FFmpeg इंस्टॉल करें। अपने Linux distribution और version के लिए उपयुक्त package या आधिकारिक निर्देश चुनें। इंस्टॉलेशन के बाद
ffmpeg -versionचलाकर version देखें। - अपने build की loop मदद जाँचें।
ffmpeg -h fullचलाएँ और-stream_loopखोजें। स्थानीय help में विकल्प की उपलब्धता और syntax पक्का करें। यह आलेख किसी Vultr server पर परीक्षण का दावा नहीं करता, इसलिए नीचे का command चलाने से पहले अपने build और input पर सत्यापन जरूरी है। - वीडियो और ऑडियो जाँचें। चुनी हुई फ़ाइल को अपने स्थानीय FFmpeg से पढ़कर देखें कि उसमें अपेक्षित video और audio streams हैं। अगर फ़ाइल में audio नहीं है, तो नीचे के उदाहरण में audio output वाला हिस्सा ज्यों का त्यों इस्तेमाल न करें।
YouTube stream URL और key कहाँ मिलेंगे?
- YouTube Studio में Live Control Room खोलें और stream बनाएँ या पहले से मौजूद stream चुनें।
- वहाँ दिखाई गई stream URL और stream key को encoder में इस्तेमाल करने के लिए कॉपी करें। अपने stream का वास्तविक endpoint ही लें; किसी स्थायी URL पर निर्भर न रहें।
- Stream key को पासवर्ड की तरह सुरक्षित रखें। उसे सार्वजनिक script, screenshot, साझा terminal history या logs में न छोड़ें। अगर key उजागर हो जाए, तो Live Control Room में उसे reset करें।
YouTube के encoder workflow में server URL और stream key encoder में डालकर encoder शुरू किया जाता है। Scheduled stream के लिए preview आने के बाद Live Control Room में Go live दबाना भी पड़ सकता है।
FFmpeg से वीडियो को लूप में कैसे भेजें?
नीचे एक संदर्भ command है, न कि परीक्षण किया हुआ server command। इसे तभी अपनाएँ जब आपके FFmpeg build की local help में -stream_loop उपलब्ध हो और आपके input तथा pacing के साथ उसका व्यवहार जाँचा गया हो। STREAM_URL_AND_KEY_FROM_LIVE_CONTROL_ROOM को Live Control Room से मिली पूरी ingest destination से बदलें; उसे सार्वजनिक जगह पर न रखें।

-g 60और-keyint_min 6030 fps पर लगभग दो सेकंड के keyframe interval के अनुरूप हैं। अगर frame rate बदले, तो keyframe interval भी उसके अनुसार सेट करें।- यह command उस input को मानता है जिसमें audio stream है। बिना audio वाले input में audio encoder arguments हटाने या audio mapping अलग से तय करने की जरूरत पड़ सकती है।
- उदाहरण में RTMP-compatible FLV output है। यदि Live Control Room और आपका FFmpeg build RTMPS endpoint उपलब्ध कराते हैं, तो YouTube encrypted streaming के लिए RTMPS की सिफारिश करता है; उसी stream के Control Room में दिखे endpoint का उपयोग करें।
Resolution, bitrate और encoder settings कैसे चुनें?
YouTube के encoder settings पृष्ठ पर दिए मान ingest recommendations हैं, Vultr plan recommendations नहीं। YouTube encoder से आए signal को viewers के लिए अलग-अलग formats में transcode करता है। सही configuration आपके source video, इच्छित output और server की encoding क्षमता से मेल खाना चाहिए।

- YouTube H.264, H.265 और AV1 को supported video options के रूप में सूचीबद्ध करता है; audio के लिए AAC या MP3 सूचीबद्ध हैं। FFmpeg build, चुने हुए codec और YouTube endpoint के बीच संगतता जाँचें।
- YouTube CBR और लगभग दो सेकंड का keyframe interval सुझाता है; keyframe interval चार सेकंड से अधिक न रखें।
- ऊपर के command में केवल H.264 1080p30 का bitrate लिया गया है। 720p30 या 1080p60 चुनने पर table के अनुसार bitrate बदलें; बाकी encoding parameters को अपने frame rate और video के अनुसार जाँचें।
- अगर CPU लगातार व्यस्त हो या frames drop हों, तो कम resolution/frame rate पर जाँचें या workload के अनुरूप instance चुनें। bitrate बदलना अकेले CPU encoding समस्या का समाधान नहीं है।
- उच्च bitrate के लिए server से बाहर जाने वाली क्षमता और उपलब्ध network throughput भी पर्याप्त होने चाहिए। किसी अनिर्दिष्ट Vultr instance या bandwidth पर निश्चित प्रदर्शन मानकर न चलें।
Stream को जाँचकर Live कैसे करें?
- FFmpeg command शुरू करें और उसके output में input पढ़ने या encoder की त्रुटियाँ देखें।
- YouTube Live Control Room में preview आने की प्रतीक्षा करें। Video, audio, resolution और stream health जाँचें; representative motion और audio के साथ परीक्षण करें, केवल स्थिर दृश्य पर निर्भर न रहें।
- अगर stream scheduled है, तो preview की पुष्टि के बाद Live Control Room में Go live दबाएँ।
- कई मिनट तक server का CPU उपयोग और dropped frames देखें। आवश्यकता हो तो resolution, frame rate, codec या instance capacity समायोजित करके फिर preview जाँचें।
क्या इसे 24/7 चलाया जा सकता है?
FFmpeg process चलने तक stream भेज सकता है, लेकिन Vultr instance, process या network में रुकावट आने पर stream रुक सकती है। YouTube के अनुसार 12 घंटे से कम की live streams अपने-आप archive होती हैं; इससे 24/7 uptime या 12 घंटे से अधिक stream के archive होने की गारंटी नहीं मिलती।

निरंतर संचालन के लिए अलग-अलग operational काम तय करें: process supervision और restart policy, reconnect व्यवहार, log rotation, stream key की गोपनीयता, instance restart के बाद प्रक्रिया का शुरू होना, और cloud billing। Systemd या supervisor जैसे process manager पर विचार किया जा सकता है, लेकिन अपने Linux version और failure cases के लिए उसकी configuration स्वयं जाँचें। यहाँ कोई सत्यापित service file या reconnect script नहीं दी गई है। Vultr की लागत instance, अवधि और लागू network/egress शर्तों पर निर्भर हो सकती है; deploy से पहले चुने हुए configuration की वर्तमान कीमत जाँचें।
YouTube की eligibility, copyright और monetization
YouTube के live-streaming eligibility निर्देशों के अनुसार channel verified होना चाहिए, पिछले 90 दिनों में live-streaming restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए और streamer की आयु कम-से-कम 16 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। नियम या account की स्थिति बदल सकती है, इसलिए stream शुरू करने से पहले Live Control Room में अपने channel की उपलब्धता देखें।

लूप में चलाना किसी वीडियो के उपयोग का अधिकार नहीं देता। केवल ऐसा video और audio stream करें जिसके आप मालिक हों या जिसके live प्रसारण की अनुमति आपके पास हो। वीडियो को दोहराना अपने-आप monetization पात्रता नहीं बनाता; copyright और YouTube की monetization/reused-content नीतियाँ अलग से लागू होती हैं।
