The vivo X300 and Google Pixel 11 are close in screen size, but their published specifications point to different strengths: vivo lists a higher-resolution LTPO display, a 200MP rear camera, and faster wired charging; Google lists Tensor G6, a dedicated 5x telephoto camera, and Qi2.2 wireless charging. This vivo X300 vs Google Pixel 11 specs comparison covers what the manufacturers publish—and why a reliable price difference cannot be calculated without a matching country, storage tier, tax treatment, and seller type.

vivo X300 vs Google Pixel 11 specs at a glance

The figures below are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results. Brightness figures use different stated terms, and camera megapixel counts alone do not establish which phone takes better photos.

How their displays differ

The screens are nearly the same size: 6.31 inches for vivo and 6.3 inches for Google. The X300 lists a higher pixel resolution and an LTPO AMOLED panel with adaptive refresh from 1Hz to 120Hz. Pixel 11 lists an OLED panel with a 60–120Hz refresh range.

Both manufacturers publish high brightness figures, but vivo calls its figure a local peak brightness while Google specifies HDR and peak brightness separately. Those labels do not establish a like-for-like brightness comparison.

Chipsets, memory, and storage

The X300 uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500, identified by vivo as a 3nm chip. Pixel 11 uses Google Tensor G6. The published specifications establish the different chipsets, but they do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use, gaming, or sustained workloads; no comparable independent benchmark is cited here.

Both phones are listed with 256GB and 512GB storage options, but the RAM configurations differ. Vivo’s global specification page pairs 256GB with either 12GB or 16GB RAM and lists a 16GB/512GB version. Google lists 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage. Availability can vary by market, so check the exact regional model before buying.

Camera hardware: 200MP versus a dedicated 5x telephoto

Vivo lists a 200MP and two 50MP rear cameras, plus a 50MP front camera. Google lists a 48MP wide camera, a 13MP ultrawide, and a 10.8MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. These are different hardware approaches: the published Pixel specification explicitly identifies a 5x telephoto lens, while the X300 specification emphasizes its 200MP camera system.

Megapixel totals do not predict image quality on their own. The specifications do not establish comparative photo or video results, so choosing between them on camera performance requires credible sample images or testing for the specific scenes and zoom ranges that matter to you.

Battery capacity and charging are not a direct endurance comparison

Vivo lists a 6040mAh typical battery for the X300 outside Europe, with a 5360mAh version in Austria and Hungary. It also specifies up to 90W wired and 40W wireless FlashCharge. Google lists a typical 4985mAh battery and claims 30+ hours of battery life; it says the phone can reach up to 55% in about 30 minutes when using a 30W USB-C PPS charger or higher. Pixel 11 supports Qi2.2 wireless charging up to 25W.

Battery capacity, a manufacturer’s runtime claim, and charging speed describe different things. They do not show how long either phone lasts under the same use, or how quickly it charges in a controlled comparison. Regional X300 battery capacity also means the model sold in Austria or Hungary is not the same capacity as the one listed for other regions.

What is the price difference?

A matched-market price difference is not established by the available official prices. Vivo China’s page lists suggested retail prices for the X300, but the cited Google specification page identifies Pixel 11 as a 2026 model without stating a purchase price. Comparing a China MSRP with a Pixel price from another country—or with a different storage tier—would not produce a fair price gap.

The vivo China list prices below are market-specific suggested retail prices, not universal or current local offers. Vivo’s China page gives the launch month as October 2025 and lists these prices:

vivo X300 configuration China suggested retail price
12GB RAM + 256GB storage CNY 4,599
16GB RAM + 256GB storage CNY 4,999
12GB RAM + 512GB storage CNY 5,299
16GB RAM + 512GB storage CNY 5,699
16GB RAM + 1TB storage CNY 6,299

To work out a useful difference where you live, compare the official or local retail price for each phone in the same country and on the same date, match storage as closely as possible, and account for tax and seller type. The China X300 prices are from vivo China’s X300 page; they are not a substitute for a local vivo price.

Which specifications matter most to your choice?

  • Prioritize display resolution and adaptive refresh: the published X300 specification lists 2640 × 1216 resolution and a 1–120Hz LTPO range.
  • Prioritize a specified 5x telephoto camera: Google lists a 10.8MP 5x telephoto alongside wide and ultrawide cameras.
  • Prioritize wired charging wattage: vivo lists up to 90W wired charging. This specification alone does not predict charging time in every condition.
  • Prioritize Google’s stated wireless-charging standard: Pixel 11 lists Qi2.2 charging up to 25W.
  • Need a price verdict: compare local prices for the exact storage variants available to you; the figures established here do not support a universal price winner.

Specifications also do not settle software experience, camera output, sustained performance, or market-specific network band and eSIM support. Those details depend on the exact regional model and, for connectivity, the carrier.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
