The vivo X300 FE is the smaller, higher-priced option, with an AMOLED display, a dedicated telephoto camera and wireless charging. The iQOO Z11x has a larger LCD, a higher listed battery capacity and a much lower manufacturer-published India launch-price tier. Neither specification sheet establishes which phone takes better photos, lasts longer or performs better in games; the right choice depends on which trade-offs matter to you.

Specifications are manufacturer-published, not comparative test results. The two brightness figures, in particular, may reflect different testing conditions and should not be treated as directly equivalent measurements. Camera megapixels and chipset names alone also do not establish real-world image quality or speed.
India price difference: dated official prices
The published prices put the X300 FE in a substantially higher tier. vivo’s August 2026 announcement lists three configurations; iQOO’s March 12, 2026 launch announcement lists Z11x launch prices. These are dated manufacturer-published figures, not a live October 2026 retailer price check.

vivo’s May 2026 launch announcement introduced the X300 FE at a starting price of ₹79,999, but that is an earlier launch figure; it is not one of the later August-listed configurations above. iQOO also mentioned launch offers and conditional net effective prices, which are not the general listed prices shown here. Check the current price, seller, stock and exact configuration before buying.

Which phone has the better display and form factor?
The X300 FE’s 6.31-inch AMOLED panel is the smaller of the two and has the higher listed resolution. vivo gives its dimensions as 150.83 × 71.76 × 7.99mm and weight as 191g. That makes it the more compactly sized choice on the published figures.
The Z11x instead offers a 6.76-inch LCD, making its screen 0.45 inches larger diagonally. That may suit readers who want more display area, while the X300 FE’s AMOLED and higher resolution may appeal to those prioritizing panel type and pixel count. These specifications do not establish a subjective winner for brightness or viewing quality.

Camera hardware: telephoto flexibility versus a simpler rear setup
The X300 FE lists three rear cameras: a stabilized 50MP main camera, a stabilized 50MP telephoto camera and an 8MP wide-angle camera. vivo describes the periscope telephoto as supporting 3x, 10x and 20x zoom modes; that is the manufacturer’s description, not an independent image-quality test. The phone is also compatible with vivo’s ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2, which is sold separately. Its current marketplace availability and price are not established here.

The Z11x lists a 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera and a 2MP depth/bokeh camera. Its front camera is listed at 32MP, compared with the X300 FE’s 50MP autofocus front camera. These resolutions and module counts describe hardware; they do not by themselves prove which phone produces better photos or selfies.

Battery capacity and charging
iQOO lists a 7200mAh battery for the Z11x, compared with 6500mAh for the X300 FE. The larger stated capacity does not prove longer runtime, which depends on factors beyond battery size and has not been established by comparable testing here.
Charging features distinguish them: vivo specifies 90W wired and 40W wireless FlashCharge, while iQOO lists 44W charging. These are the manufacturers’ charging specifications, not a comparable measured charging-time result.

Software support and durability claims
Both phones are listed with OriginOS 6. vivo says the X300 FE will receive five years of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates; iQOO says the Z11x will receive two years of OS updates and four years of security updates. These are manufacturer-stated support periods.

Which one should you choose?
- Consider the vivo X300 FE if you want the smaller listed handset, an AMOLED display, dedicated telephoto and wide-angle rear cameras, wireless charging, or the longer manufacturer-stated software-support period. Its listed India prices are much higher.
- Consider the iQOO Z11x if you want a larger screen, greater stated battery capacity and a lower-priced launch configuration, and do not need the X300 FE’s listed telephoto hardware or wireless charging.
- Compare live listings before deciding on price. The figures above are dated official announcements and may not match current retailer prices, offers or stock.
