The vivo T5 Pro and POCO X8 Pro Max both have 6.83-inch AMOLED displays, but their listed hardware points to different priorities: vivo offers a larger stated battery and faster maximum refresh rate, while POCO lists a higher-tier memory and storage specification, an ultra-wide rear camera and faster charging. The clearest price figure available is vivo’s India-store price of ₹41,999 for 8GB+128GB; an official POCO India price is not established, so a reliable India price difference cannot be calculated from these listings.

Specifications come from the vivo India listing and POCO global listing. POCO notes that availability and some specifications can vary by region. These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not independent measurements.
Performance, RAM and storage
POCO lists the Dimensity 9500s alongside LPDDR5X 9600Mbps RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. vivo lists the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. On paper, POCO’s memory and storage standards are the more advanced of the two, which may appeal if you prioritize high-end platform specifications or larger storage options. That does not, by itself, establish how much faster one phone feels in daily use or in a particular game.

Display differences
Both phones are listed with a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel. vivo specifies 2800×1260 resolution and refresh rates up to 144Hz; POCO specifies 2772×1280 and up to 120Hz. The refresh-rate ceiling is higher on the vivo listing, but it is not a guarantee that every app or game will run at that rate. POCO says the refresh rate depends on supported apps. The small resolution differences are published panel specifications, not evidence by themselves of a noticeable real-world image-quality advantage.
Battery capacity and charging
vivo lists a 9020mAh battery and 90W charging. POCO’s global page calls its battery 8500mAh typical and lists 100W HyperCharge. The battery figures use the manufacturers’ wording and come from listings for different markets, so treat them as stated capacities rather than a direct endurance test. The listed charging wattage is also not a real-world charge-time comparison; actual time can depend on conditions and configuration.

Camera hardware
vivo lists a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera, a 2MP bokeh camera and a 32MP selfie camera. POCO lists a 50MP Light Fusion 600 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 20MP selfie camera. The specifications suggest different camera options: POCO explicitly lists an ultra-wide lens and OIS on its main camera, while vivo lists a higher-resolution front camera and a bokeh sensor. Megapixel counts and component names do not establish which phone takes better photos; no comparable camera test is available here.

The official vivo India store listing displayed ₹41,999 including taxes for the 8GB+128GB T5 Pro when accessed on October 7, 2026; it also showed 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB versions. The listing showed ₹55,999 as the 8GB+128GB model’s MRP. These are time-sensitive store figures, not a guarantee of the current selling price.
