Visible lists its standard monthly prices as $25 for Visible, $35 for Visible+, and $45 for Visible+ Pro. The company says government taxes are included and lists no provider monthly fee, one-time purchase fee, or early termination fee. Its 5OFF5 offer is different from a contract: eligible new members can get $5 off a monthly Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plan for up to 60 months, subject to port-in and other conditions.
Do Visible plan prices include taxes and fees?
Yes. Visible’s plan facts list the following standard, non-introductory monthly prices and disclosures:
| Plan | Standard monthly price | Government taxes | Provider monthly fee | One-time purchase fee | Early termination fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visible | $25 | Included | None | None | None |
| Visible+ | $35 | Included | None | None | None |
| Visible+ Pro | $45 | Included | None | None | None |
Visible describes the service as one monthly plan price without hidden taxes or fees. These are Visible’s disclosures for its wireless plans; they do not establish the cost of optional devices, add-ons, or charges from third parties.
How does the Visible five-year discount work?
The 5OFF5 offer takes $5 off the regular monthly price of Visible+ or Visible+ Pro for up to 60 months. The offer page states that it ends October 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST; check the current offer terms before enrolling because promotions can change.

Who can get 5OFF5?
The promotion is for new members who choose a monthly Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plan, select number port-in at checkout, and port a number from an eligible carrier. Enter code 5OFF5 at checkout. You can bring your own device or buy one, but a BYOD phone must be compatible with Visible. The offer page refers customers to its eligible-carrier list; do not assume a particular carrier or number type qualifies without checking that list.
What do you have to do to keep the discount?
- Activate service and complete the port-in within 30 days.
- Keep service for the full 60 consecutive months to receive the maximum benefit.
- Stay on an eligible monthly tier. Annual plans do not qualify.
If you cancel service or switch to an ineligible plan, such as the $25 Visible plan, the remaining discount ends. Switching between Visible+ and Visible+ Pro preserves the $5 monthly discount for the remainder of the original 60-month period; it does not restart the clock. The promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value, applies to service charges, and cannot be combined with certain service or device promotions or Inner Circle credits.

Is 5OFF5 a five-year contract?
No. Visible says its plans do not require a contract and list no early termination fee. The 60 months describe how long the promotional discount may last, not a required service term. Leaving early forfeits any remaining promotional savings, but the offer terms do not describe that as an early termination fee.
Can you cancel Visible without a penalty?
The plan facts list no early termination fee, so the listed wireless plans do not carry that fee. However, that disclosure does not explain the wireless cancellation procedure, whether a partial month is refunded, or how final service charges and number transfers are handled. Check Visible’s current wireless-specific terms or contact Visible for those details before cancelling.

Visible’s plan page describes service on Verizon 5G and 4G LTE and supports bringing a device. Check the exact phone model with Visible’s compatibility information before porting; a general description such as “unlocked 5G phone” does not guarantee compatibility.

Plan performance is not identical across tiers or locations. Visible publishes typical speed ranges and plan-specific hotspot limits, and says actual speed and availability depend on location, device, network availability, and traffic conditions. Review the plan facts for the tier-specific details rather than assuming a listed speed or hotspot experience is guaranteed.
