As of October 7, 2026, Amazon’s October sale is Prime Big Deal Days, not Prime Day. Amazon says the event runs October 6–7 and requires Prime membership. A deal roundup updated October 7 reports 30% off a Samsung Galaxy S26+ with 512GB and 23% off a Google Pixel 11 Pro XL, but it does not confirm the Samsung listing is unlocked. The TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro was described as unlocked in an earlier report, but that report does not establish an October discount is still available.
Which unlocked phone deals are reported for Amazon’s October sale?
PhoneArena’s October 7 roundup reports these discounts, but they are time-sensitive reports rather than guarantees from Amazon. Check the live Amazon listing for the final price, exact configuration, stock, and carrier status before buying.
| Phone and configuration | Reported discount | Unlocked status | Sale and membership |
|---|---|---|---|
| Samsung Galaxy S26+, 512GB | 30% off, as reported by PhoneArena on October 7, 2026; the report does not establish the reference price or confirm that this exact listing is unlocked. | Not confirmed by the October 7 report; verify the listing. | Reported during October Prime Big Deal Days, October 6–7, 2026. Amazon says the event requires Prime membership. |
| Google Pixel 11 Pro XL | 23% off, as reported by PhoneArena on October 7, 2026; verify the live price and configuration. | The report does not establish that every configuration or listing is unlocked; verify the exact offer. | Reported during October Prime Big Deal Days, October 6–7, 2026. Amazon says the event requires Prime membership. |
| TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro | Android Central reported 15% off before the October event. That report does not establish an October offer is still live. | Described as unlocked in the earlier report; confirm the current listing. | The earlier report predates October Prime Big Deal Days, so it does not establish this phone’s availability or price during the event. |
PhoneArena’s current October reports are at PhoneArena’s phone-deal roundup. Android Central’s earlier TCL report is at its TCL deals article.
Why the sale is called Prime Big Deal Days, not Prime Day
Amazon’s official announcement says Prime Day 2026 ran June 23–26. Amazon identifies the October 6–7 event as Prime Big Deal Days and says its deals require Prime membership. The distinction matters when searching for offers: June Prime Day discounts are historical and should not be treated as current October prices.

Amazon’s June Prime Day announcement advertised up to 35% off selected cellphones, tablets, and laptops from Lenovo, Samsung, and HP. That was a broad advertised maximum, not a specific unlocked-phone offer. The October Prime Big Deal Days announcement gives the event dates and membership requirement.
What Google Pixel discounts were reported earlier in 2026?
For June Prime Day, Amazon’s official roundup reported up to 29% off the Google Pixel 10 Pro. That is a historical June offer, not evidence of an October Pixel 11 Pro XL price or of the status of any specific Amazon listing. Amazon cautioned that “All deals and availability are subject to change.” See Amazon’s June deal roundup.

How to check whether an Amazon phone deal is unlocked
- Open the exact deal listing. Match the phone name, model, storage, and any other configuration details to the offer you intend to buy.
- Check the carrier or network wording. Look for an explicit unlocked designation. If the listing names a carrier or describes a carrier-specific activation offer, do not assume it is unlocked.
- Review the final checkout price. Confirm the price after selecting the configuration and check whether the discount depends on Prime membership or another condition.
- Check current availability before ordering. The October event ends October 7, 2026, and prices, stock, and deal terms can change.
Being described as unlocked in an earlier deal report does not guarantee that a current listing, seller, or configuration has the same status. Verify the exact product page rather than relying on a headline or a different storage option.

Which deal should you consider?
- Samsung Galaxy S26+: The reported 30% discount is the largest October figure in the cited roundup, but the report does not confirm that the listing is unlocked. Buy it as an unlocked-phone deal only if the live listing clearly confirms that status and the price suits you.
- Google Pixel 11 Pro XL: The reported discount is 23%. Confirm the exact configuration and unlocked status on the current listing before purchasing.
- TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro: The earlier report explicitly described this model as unlocked, but its 15% discount was reported before October Prime Big Deal Days. Check whether a live offer exists rather than treating that older price as current.
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
