The Ultrahuman Ring PRO is designed to turn sleep, recovery, movement and other body signals into app-based health insights. That can mean a lot to interpret—but the published product information does not establish how many metrics a typical user sees, whether its recommendations improve health, or what a month of wearing it feels like. Here’s what Ultrahuman says the ring offers, what its numbers mean in practice, and where to be cautious.

What the Ring PRO tracks—and what the data can tell you

Ultrahuman positions Ring PRO as a health-tracking ring that works with its app to present sleep, recovery, movement, stress and circadian insights. The ring is a sensor and the app is the place those signals are interpreted; the useful question is not simply how many numbers appear, but whether a particular reading helps you understand a pattern or make a decision.

The published materials do not give a count of the metrics an ordinary user sees on the dashboard. They also do not independently establish the accuracy of those readings or show that an app recommendation produces a health benefit. Treat the app’s interpretations as wellness information rather than a diagnosis or treatment plan.

Jade and information beyond the ring

Ultrahuman describes Jade as a conversational interface that can connect ring information with other parts of its ecosystem. The company says those connections can include more than 120 Blood Vision biomarkers, M1 continuous glucose monitor trends and Ultrahuman Home environmental data. The biomarker figure refers to Blood Vision integration, not to the number of metrics measured by the ring. Ultrahuman says Jade has Standard and Deep Research modes.

Ring PRO battery, storage and charging

Ultrahuman’s 2026 product specifications list up to 15 days of ring battery life, varying by mode: about 12 days in Turbo Mode and 15 or more days in Chill Mode. These are manufacturer-stated figures, not independent test results. The PRO Charging Case is described as supporting up to 45 days of combined battery life; that is case-supported runtime, not the ring’s battery life on a single charge.

Storage is a separate specification from battery life. Ultrahuman lists up to 250 days of on-ring data storage for Ring PRO. The company says the Charging Case can store up to one year of ring data; its launch materials specify Chill Mode for that case-storage claim. These figures describe offline data storage, not how long the battery lasts.

Ultrahuman describes PRO as having a titanium unibody, a dual-core processor with on-chip machine learning, and a redesigned heart-rate sensor intended to improve sleep and recovery signal quality. The company also describes ProRelease Technology as a design intended to make the ring easier to cut off if a finger swells or is injured. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independently verified performance findings.

The practical trade-off visible in the published comparison is that PRO is thicker and heavier than AIR, while its listed battery life and offline storage are longer. The table does not establish whether the differences justify the price for a particular person; that depends on fit, charging preferences and whether the additional capacity matters to how they use the app.

Does Ring PRO require a subscription?

In its March 2026 U.S. announcement, Ultrahuman said core sleep, recovery, movement, stress and circadian data are available without recurring subscription fees. The company describes some advanced functions as optional PowerPlugs, including AFib Detection, Cycle & Ovulation Pro, Respiratory Health, Migraine Insights and GLP-1 Tracking. Jade is also named among the ecosystem capabilities. Feature availability may vary by geography and app version, so check current availability in the app and product information for your region.

How to make a large set of health data manageable

A sensible way to approach a health-tracking app is to focus on a small number of questions rather than trying to act on every score or prompt.

  1. Start with a specific question. For example, you might want to see whether a consistent bedtime coincides with a change in your sleep insights. Avoid treating a single night’s score as a diagnosis.
  2. Look for patterns over time. A measurement is more useful when you understand its context and whether it changes consistently. The product information does not establish a universal timeframe or threshold for interpreting a trend.
  3. Separate observation from action. Note what the app reports, then decide whether it is understandable and relevant before changing a routine. Do not treat an app prompt as medical advice.
  4. Ignore metrics that do not answer a useful question. More available data does not automatically make a decision clearer. If a metric is confusing, contradictory or irrelevant to your goals, it need not become a daily priority.
  5. Take health concerns to a qualified clinician. A wearable’s readings and general-wellness features are not substitutes for professional evaluation.

Health-feature limits to keep in mind

Ultrahuman’s launch materials say Cycle & Ovulation Pro is for general wellness and should not be used for conception- or contraception-related medical purposes. The company also says it is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified provider.

The same materials describe AFib Detection and Migraine Insights PowerPlugs as general-wellness features. Ultrahuman’s materials refer to Click Therapeutics technology associated with a separate digital therapeutic; that does not establish that the Ring PRO or its PowerPlug has that authorization. Do not use these features to diagnose or treat a condition.
