WashingtonExec identifies Tanja Guerra as Chief Human Resources Officer at Alpha Omega. In its October 2, 2026 profile, the publication describes her work as connecting workforce planning, employee experience, HR operations and AI adoption with the company’s ability to deliver for federal customers. Its account is a leadership profile, not an independently audited assessment of Alpha Omega’s programs or results.

Who is Tanja Guerra?

Guerra is Alpha Omega’s Chief Human Resources Officer, according to WashingtonExec. The publication’s 2026 profile focuses on how she is reported to be shaping the company’s workforce as it grows and supports government missions.

The profile places HR within the operating needs of a government contractor: planning for the people and skills required by customer work, supporting employees and leaders, and improving internal operations. WashingtonExec presents these as elements of Alpha Omega’s approach; it does not provide independent performance measurements.

How her role changed during company growth

WashingtonExec reports that Guerra navigated the acquisition of two companies on the same day, an event the profile says doubled the size of the solutions firm. It does not give a starting or resulting employee count, transaction value, or further detail about the acquired companies.

The profile credits Guerra with leading workforce transformation intended to strengthen organizational performance, improve employee experience and ensure Alpha Omega has talent for federal missions. In the context of acquisitions, that remit makes workforce integration a central part of the story: the publication describes HR’s contribution to a larger organization, but does not detail specific integration milestones or independently quantify their effects.

What TalentMatch and Talent EDGE do

WashingtonExec describes two Alpha Omega initiatives that address different parts of workforce planning. Neither is presented as a third-party product available for purchase.

Initiative Purpose described by WashingtonExec Workforce focus
TalentMatch An AI-powered internal platform intended to identify and deploy talent across Alpha Omega. Matching existing internal talent to work across the company.
Talent EDGE A workforce strategy intended to build a pipeline of cleared, mission-ready professionals. Engineering, cybersecurity and user experience.

The profile does not provide technical details about TalentMatch, such as its underlying AI methods, deployment status or measured results. It also does not report hiring or retention figures for Talent EDGE. The initiatives are best understood as part of the company’s internal workforce strategy, as described in the feature.

AI adoption and HR operations

WashingtonExec credits Guerra with advancing AI adoption, modernizing HR operations and supporting leadership development at all levels. The feature says Alpha Omega has integrated AI and automation into HR and back-office functions to improve efficiency, decision-making and employee experience. It does not name the systems involved or quantify time savings, accuracy or employee outcomes.

The profile also places this work alongside Alpha Omega’s Continuum Automation Framework, which it describes as an ecosystem of AI-enabled modernization accelerators for recurring federal challenges across the IT portfolio lifecycle. In the publication’s account, HR’s workforce planning, employee engagement and operational efficiency help reduce organizational friction so teams can focus on higher-value customer work.

Guerra’s priorities for 2026

WashingtonExec says Guerra’s team is focused in 2026 on workforce transformation, leadership development and using AI to make the employee experience more agile and effective. The feature also describes scalable culture, professional-development, leadership and internship programs intended to attract, develop and retain talent while supporting customer work.

The publication says these efforts have helped streamline processes, give leaders better workforce insights and position Alpha Omega for growth. Those are claims made in the profile; it supplies no independent measures or comparison against other organizations.
