Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 leads the Dimensity 7300 Plus in the benchmark results reported by 91mobiles. Its published AnTuTu and Geekbench 6 scores are higher, and its CPU layout includes a faster prime core. Those results point to a performance advantage in the tested devices, not a guarantee that every Snapdragon phone will outperform every Dimensity phone.

What the specifications say

The Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 has a three-tier CPU layout, while the Dimensity 7300 Plus uses two groups of four cores. The figures below are Qualcomm’s official specifications for Snapdragon and 91mobiles’ reported specifications for Dimensity; the latter should not be treated as an official MediaTek specification.

Specification Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 Dimensity 7300 Plus
CPU 1 prime core up to 2.8 GHz, 4 performance cores up to 2.4 GHz, and 3 efficiency cores up to 1.8 GHz 4 Cortex-A78 cores up to 2.5 GHz and 4 Cortex-A55 cores up to 2.0 GHz
Manufacturing process 4 nm 4 nm, as reported by 91mobiles
Graphics Qualcomm Adreno GPU; 91mobiles identifies it as Adreno 722 Mali-G615 MC2, as reported by 91mobiles
Memory support LPDDR5X up to 4200 MHz, plus LPDDR5 and LPDDR4 support LPDDR5, as reported by 91mobiles

Qualcomm’s product brief rounds the Snapdragon efficiency-core ceiling to 1.8 GHz; some comparison tables show 1.84 GHz. Actual memory installed in a phone depends on its manufacturer’s configuration. The available sources establish platform support, not that every phone using a chip includes the fastest supported memory.

How the benchmark results compare

91mobiles reports the following results for devices using the two processors. These are that publisher’s tested scores, accessed October 7, 2026—not fixed scores for all phones with these chips.

Benchmark Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 Dimensity 7300 Plus
AnTuTu 1,457,989 728,221
Geekbench 6 single-core 1,385 1,020
Geekbench 6 multi-core 4,314 2,874

On this comparison, Snapdragon’s reported AnTuTu score is about twice the Dimensity score, while its Geekbench 6 scores are higher in both single-core and multi-core tests. The numbers support a clear benchmark lead in the devices tested by 91mobiles. They do not establish the same margin in every handset: phone model, software, cooling, memory configuration and test conditions can affect results.

Keep Dimensity 7300 results separate from the Plus comparison

NanoReview compares Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 with Dimensity 7300—not explicitly Dimensity 7300 Plus. Its results are a separate data set and should not be substituted for the 91mobiles Plus-variant figures.

Benchmark Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 Dimensity 7300
AnTuTu 11 1,329,936 879,714
Geekbench 6 single-core 1,270 1,001
Geekbench 6 multi-core 4,106 2,918

NanoReview’s figures are useful as additional context for the related Dimensity 7300, but they are not direct benchmark results for the 7300 Plus. The two publishers’ scores also come from different samples and test sets, so combining them into one ranking would be misleading.

What the scores mean for a phone purchase

The benchmark comparison favors Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 for measured performance, but a chip score alone cannot determine which phone is the better buy. Manufacturers decide how a platform is implemented, and the phone’s cooling and software can influence sustained performance and power use. Qualcomm itself cautions that results vary by OEM implementation and other factors.

Compare the complete phone models you are considering, including:

  • Price and regional availability
  • Cooling design and memory configuration
  • Display, battery capacity and charging
  • Camera hardware and software
  • Software support and warranty

Qualcomm’s May 15, 2025 announcement claims a 27% CPU performance increase, 30% faster GPU graphic rendering and 65% improvement to AI performance versus Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. These are Qualcomm’s generational claims; they are not measured comparisons against Dimensity 7300 Plus.
