Exynos 1330 leads the available published benchmark comparison, with higher AnTuTu 10 and Geekbench 6 scores listed by CPU-Boss. That is a result from a secondary comparison, not a controlled test of matched phones. Samsung specifies a 5 nm EUV chip with two Cortex-A78 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores; Qualcomm describes Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 as a 6 nm platform with a CPU clock up to 2 GHz. Neither spec sheet establishes which chip delivers longer battery life or better sustained performance in a particular phone.

Which processor is better?

On the benchmark figures available, Exynos 1330 comes out ahead. CPU-Boss lists higher results for it in AnTuTu 10 and both Geekbench 6 tests. Treat that as a directional comparison, not a promise about every handset: the excerpt does not identify matched test phones, benchmark-run dates, or a shared protocol.

For an actual purchase, the phone matters as much as the chip. Cooling, software, memory, battery, display, camera hardware, and network-band support can all affect the experience. The available figures do not establish a universal winner for gaming, battery life, or overall phone performance.

Specifications at a glance

Specification Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 Exynos 1330
Manufacturing process 6 nm, according to Qualcomm 5 nm EUV, according to Samsung
CPU 64-bit CPU, up to 2 GHz, according to Qualcomm. CPU-Boss further lists 2 Cortex-A78 cores at 2 GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz. 2 Cortex-A78 cores and 6 Cortex-A55 cores, according to Samsung. CPU-Boss lists up to 2.4 GHz and 2.0 GHz for those clusters.
GPU Adreno; Qualcomm claims up to 10% GPU improvement over the previous Snapdragon 4-series generation. Mali-G68, according to Samsung.
Peak 5G figures Snapdragon X51, sub-6 GHz; download up to 2.5 Gbps, according to Qualcomm. Integrated sub-6 GHz 5G modem; download up to 2.55 Gbps and upload up to 1.28 Gbps, according to Samsung.
Camera and video capabilities Spectra triple ISP, concurrent capture from three cameras, and single shots up to 108 MP, according to Qualcomm. Image processing up to 108 MP and 4K recording up to 30 fps, according to Samsung.
Display and charging FHD+ display support up to 120 fps and Quick Charge 4+. Qualcomm’s claim of up to 50% charge in 15 minutes is conditional on device design and other factors. Comparable refresh-rate or charging figures are not stated in the Samsung product-page material cited here.

These are manufacturer-stated capabilities, not proof that a phone maker implements every feature. A process-node label by itself also does not determine a phone’s efficiency or speed. Qualcomm’s stated CPU improvement of up to 15% is relative to the previous Snapdragon 4-series generation, not to Exynos 1330. See Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 specifications and Samsung’s Exynos 1330 specifications.

Benchmark comparison: AnTuTu 10 and Geekbench 6

Benchmark Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 Exynos 1330
AnTuTu 10 348,947 423,857
Geekbench 6 single-core 614 918
Geekbench 6 multi-core 1,828 2,093

These are the scores listed by CPU-Boss; the listing does not state a publication year in the retrieved excerpt. It does not identify the tested phones, sample sizes, test conditions, or a common test protocol. The results therefore indicate what that comparison page reports, rather than scores every device using either chip should achieve.

What the figures do—and do not—say

CPU performance

The reported Geekbench 6 results favor Exynos 1330 in both single-core and multi-core scores. Samsung specifies the A78/A55 core arrangement, while the more detailed clock figures above come from CPU-Boss rather than the official product-page material cited here. The numbers suggest a higher peak configuration for Exynos 1330, but they are not a measurement of sustained performance under comparable phone conditions.

Graphics and gaming

Qualcomm names an Adreno GPU and Samsung names Mali-G68. Their product descriptions do not provide a directly comparable GPU benchmark here, so the specifications cannot establish which chip runs games faster or sustains performance longer. Phone cooling, graphics settings, and the specific game also matter.

5G speed

The listed modem rates are manufacturer maximums: Qualcomm states up to 2.5 Gbps download for Snapdragon X51, while Samsung states up to 2.55 Gbps download and 1.28 Gbps upload for Exynos 1330. They are not expected everyday speeds; network conditions, spectrum, carrier support, and device implementation affect actual throughput.

Camera, display, and charging

The 108 MP camera figures describe processing or capture capability, not the quality of photos from a finished phone. Sensor choice, lenses, image tuning, and software determine the camera result. Qualcomm’s display and charging figures likewise describe platform support; the actual phone design and implementation determine what buyers get. The available Samsung material does not state comparable refresh-rate or charging figures, which should not be read as proof that an Exynos 1330 phone cannot offer them.

How to choose between phones using these chips

First identify the exact models and regional variants available to you; a chipset comparison alone does not establish that equivalent retail phones exist in your market. Then compare the parts of the finished device that shape everyday use:

  • Price and availability: Check the exact model, local warranty, and seller for your region.
  • Memory and storage: Compare RAM and storage capacity, as well as whether the phone offers storage expansion.
  • Battery and sustained performance: Look for tests of the actual handset, including endurance and performance after extended use. The chip specifications do not settle either question.
  • Display and camera implementation: Compare the panel and independent phone-level camera results, not just chipset capability ceilings.
  • Software support: Check the manufacturer’s update policy for the specific model.
  • 5G compatibility: Confirm the phone supports the bands and carrier features used where you live.

A secondary CPU-Boss result associates Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 5G, but that association does not verify a current regional listing or identify an equivalent Exynos 1330 handset. Samsung’s Exynos product page notes that it is no longer available as of July 31, 2025; its published specifications remain useful as vendor claims, not confirmation of features in any current retail phone.
