There is no verified step-by-step solution for the electricity or computer puzzles in Zoe’s House in the official sources available. Konami and PlayStation confirm that Zoe’s apartment is part of Silent Hill: Townfall, but their published material does not provide the repair sequence, computer steps, or any code. What is confirmed about Zoe’s House?
Silent Hill: Townfall is a first-person psychological horror game set in Scotland in 1996. You play Simon Ordell, who returns to the island town of St. Amelia. Konami lists PlayStation 5 and PC, including Steam and Epic Games Store, and announced the game’s September 24, 2026 release date. Konami’s official game page and PlayStation’s release announcement provide the game context.
Konami identifies Zoe as a nurse whose voice reaches Simon through static on the CRTV, a handheld pocket television that tunes into unstable signals. PlayStation’s hands-on report describes Zoe’s empty apartment and the clinic where she worked, and connects her story to the town’s apparent medical outbreak and Simon. Why the CRTV may matter to puzzles
The official descriptions present the CRTV as a story and gameplay tool: it can reveal signals, help with puzzles, and help locate nearby threats. PlayStation’s report says particular signals can let Simon see monsters through walls and fog. These are general mechanics; they do not confirm a specific CRTV frequency, clue, or action for Zoe’s electricity or computer puzzles.

PlayStation quotes Jon McKellan, Writer & Director at Screen Burn Interactive, describing the design approach: “Each puzzle has been designed while writing the story, so rather than a separate, unconnected gameplay layer, they’re grounded in the world you’re exploring and contextual to it and the town’s inhabitants.” That supports approaching puzzles through their surrounding story and clues, but it does not supply Zoe’s House answers.
Electricity and computer puzzle: what is not established
The official sources reviewed do not state what item or switch restores power in Zoe’s House, what order to follow, how to access or operate the computer, or whether the computer requires a code. Giving a sequence or password as fact would therefore be unreliable. No code or puzzle answer is verified here.

If you are playing and want to avoid spoilers, examine the apartment and its nearby story clues, then use the CRTV where the game indicates it may reveal a signal or puzzle clue.
