How did Q2FY27 pre-sales compare?
The operating update, as reported by EquityBulls in 2026, put Signature Global’s Q2FY27 pre-sales at ₹18.3 billion. The reported period comparisons are:

| Q2FY26 | ₹20.2 billion | Q2FY27 was 9% lower year over year |
| Q1FY27 | ₹19.7 billion | Q2FY27 was 7% lower quarter over quarter |

#1 Best Overall
More units sold sequentially did not mean a higher total booking value: reported pre-sales declined from Q1FY27. Unit count and pre-sales measure different aspects of the quarter, and the figures do not establish why the average value per booking changed.
How did collections differ from pre-sales?
Collections were reported at ₹10.1 billion in Q2FY27, up from ₹6.7 billion in Q1FY27—a 51% sequential increase, according to Realtynmore. Collections represent cash received during the period; pre-sales represent bookings reported by the company. They are not interchangeable measures, so the increase in collections does not reverse the decline in pre-sales.

What was the reported sales realization?
Average sales realization was reported at ₹17,122 per square foot in Q2FY27. The reporting attributed the increase to the launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram; EquityBulls reported the realization figure and launch attribution. This is an average across the reported sales and should not be read as the price of every unit.
