Verified vendor announcement: RSA identity security posture management
On April 29, RSA announced new Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) capabilities within RSA Governance & Lifecycle, its identity governance and administration (IGA) solution. RSA said the capabilities are intended to address identity risks associated with cloud computing, remote work, and the growth of human and non-human identities.
What RSA said the capabilities do
RSA described AI-powered dashboards that surface policy violations, excessive entitlements, orphaned accounts and other identity risks, then recommend remediation actions. The company framed the intended benefits as improved visibility and prioritization, remediation support, and compliance evidence. These are RSA’s descriptions of its product, not independently demonstrated results.
RSA CEO Rohit Ghai said: “Reactive identity security capabilities simply aren’t sufficient for today’s threats, which demand solutions that can proactively find, prioritize, and resolve identity risks,” RSA’s April 29 announcement.
Availability timing in the announcement
RSA said the new capabilities were planned for general availability in Q3 2025. That was the company’s stated schedule at announcement time; it does not, by itself, confirm current availability.

How complete is this Day 2 announcement summary?
SecurityWeek’s search listing describes its separate article as a daily digest of product and service announcements from vendors exhibiting at RSAC, and identifies it as the Day 2 roundup. Its article page was unavailable for verification. As a result, the full vendor-announcement inventory cannot be established here, and RSA’s release should be read as one verified example rather than the day’s only announcement.
