The realme P4 5G is the paper choice for faster charging and a lighter body; the iQOO Z11 5G offers a slightly larger, higher-resolution display and a higher-resolution selfie camera. Their listed battery capacities are close, but specifications alone cannot establish which lasts longer. A third-party comparison page has reported a ₹4,700 price gap, but check current prices and matching variants before buying.

What the spec differences mean
Display: iQOO lists the larger, higher-resolution panel
The Z11’s 6.83-inch display is slightly larger than the P4’s 6.77-inch panel, and its listed 2800 × 1260 resolution is higher than the P4’s 1080 × 2392. Both are specified for refresh rates up to 144Hz. These figures make the Z11 the stronger on-paper fit if screen size and resolution are priorities; they do not establish a difference in real-world smoothness or viewing quality.

Charging: realme lists the higher wattage
The P4 is specified for 80W charging, compared with 44W for the Z11. That is a difference in rated charging power, not a measured charge-time comparison: actual charging depends on conditions, and no comparable charge tests are available here.
Selfies and rear cameras: compare resolution, not assumed image quality
The Z11 lists a 32MP front camera and the P4 a 16MP front camera. Both list a 50MP main rear camera paired with an 8MP secondary camera, described as wide-angle on realme’s page and ultra-wide on iQOO’s. Megapixel counts and lens labels do not establish which phone takes better photos.
Battery: close listed capacities, no established endurance winner
iQOO lists a 7050mAh battery. realme lists 7000mAh typical capacity and 6830mAh minimum capacity. These manufacturer figures are close, but they do not show how long either phone lasts in comparable use.

Build: P4 is listed as lighter and thinner
realme lists the P4 at about 185g and 7.58mm thick; iQOO lists the Z11 at 199g and 7.99mm thick. The P4 is also slightly taller, while the Z11 is slightly narrower. These are specification-sheet measurements rather than an assessment of how either phone feels in hand.
Software and support
The listed software differs: realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 for the P4, and OriginOS 6.0 for the Z11. The cited product pages do not establish matched software-update periods, so check each manufacturer’s current support commitments if update duration matters to your decision.
Price difference: treat reported figures as a snapshot
A 91mobiles comparison page reported Amazon prices of ₹30,299 for the realme P4 and ₹34,999 for the iQOO Z11—a ₹4,700 difference on that page. For a fair comparison, match RAM and storage configurations, then compare the current price for each exact variant. A difference between unlike configurations or promotional offers may not reflect the price gap between equivalent phones.

- Choose the realme P4 on paper if its listed 80W charging, lower weight, or 50MP-plus-8MP rear-camera configuration better fits your priorities.
- Choose the iQOO Z11 on paper if you prefer its slightly larger, higher-resolution display or its listed 32MP front camera.
- Compare exact listings before deciding on price: confirm matching RAM and storage, seller, stock, and any offer conditions.
- Do not choose based only on battery capacity, camera megapixels, or chipset names. The specifications cited here do not provide comparable battery, camera, or performance tests.
