The realme P3 Pro 5G and realme P4 5G make different trade-offs: the P3 Pro has a larger, higher-resolution curved display and a specifically identified OIS main camera, while the P4 lists a higher refresh rate, a larger battery and an ultrawide rear camera. Both list 80W charging. There is no verified like-for-like price difference: realme’s India store showed one P4 configuration at ₹30,999 on October 7, 2026, but a current P3 Pro price was not established.

Which phone is better for gaming?
The P3 Pro is the more explicitly gaming-oriented option in realme’s product material. It uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, and realme advertises BGMI support at 90 FPS. However, realme’s footnote says that support depends on a future Krafton game update. Check the current BGMI version and in-game settings rather than treating 90 FPS as guaranteed availability.

The P4 lists a 144Hz maximum display refresh rate, compared with 120Hz on the P3 Pro. A higher screen refresh rate does not by itself establish the frame rate a particular game can run; game support, chipset performance, software and settings also matter. Realme also lists an 800,000+ AnTuTu score and a 6,050mm² vapor chamber for the P3 Pro. Those are manufacturer claims, not independently reproduced comparisons against the P4; realme says benchmark results can vary with test environment or calculation method.
How do the displays differ?
The P3 Pro has the larger panel and the higher stated resolution: 6.83 inches at 1.5K, with a quad-curved design and refresh rate up to 120Hz. The P4’s 6.77-inch AMOLED screen is listed at 1080 × 2392 and up to 144Hz. In practical terms, the P3 Pro’s listed strengths are screen size and resolution; the P4’s is its higher maximum refresh-rate figure.
Realme lists 1,500 nits local peak brightness for the P3 Pro and 1,600 nits HBM plus 4,500 nits peak for the P4. These are manufacturer figures and may use different measurement conditions, so they do not establish which screen will look brighter in every situation. Choose based on the display shape and size you prefer, rather than treating the headline brightness or refresh figures as a direct quality test.

Does the P4’s larger battery mean longer battery life?
The P4 has the larger listed battery: 7,000mAh typical, against 6,000mAh typical for the P3 Pro. The P3 Pro’s rated capacity is 5,860mAh; the P4’s minimum capacity is 6,830mAh. Both list 80W charging, and realme’s P4 package list includes an 80W adapter.

Capacity alone is not a battery-runtime test. Actual endurance depends on screen settings, games and other workloads, mobile signal, software and usage. Realme also says the P3 Pro retained more than 80% battery capacity after four years in a simulated daily full charge/discharge cycle; the page does not state the test year, and realme notes that results can vary with test software and environment. Treat that as a conditional manufacturer laboratory claim, not a guarantee for an individual phone.
Which phone has the better camera setup?
The P3 Pro’s official page identifies its 50MP main camera as a Sony IMX896 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). The P4’s specifications identify a 50MP OV50D40 main camera with autofocus and add an 8MP, 112° wide-angle camera. The P3 Pro page states 4K video support; the P4 specifications specify 4K recording at 30fps.
These details describe hardware and listed capabilities, not comparative photo or video quality. Megapixel counts and sensor names do not establish which phone takes better pictures, and no independent camera testing is available here. Consider whether OIS on the identified main camera or a dedicated ultrawide camera matters more to your use.
What is the price difference between the realme P3 Pro and P4?
A reliable current price difference cannot be calculated from the verified listings. On October 7, 2026, the realme India store displayed the Steel Grey P4 5G with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage at a selling price of ₹30,999, with an MRP of ₹45,999. This is a dated store snapshot, not a guaranteed current price or a like-for-like comparison. The current P3 Pro price was not verified.

To compare prices fairly, check both phones on the same date, in the same market, from the same seller and with equivalent RAM and storage. Discounts, stock and variant availability can change. The official P4 listing is at realme Store India; confirm the exact variant and displayed terms before buying.

P3 Pro water-resistance limits
Realme says the P3 Pro was tested to IP69, IP68 and IP66 under normal-use conditions. Its page describes the IP68 condition as still clear water up to 1.5m for 30 minutes, says immersion damage is outside the warranty, and warns that water resistance may degrade over time. These claims do not make the phone suitable for professional diving or remove the need to protect it from liquid damage.
P4 rating and included items
The P4 specifications page reviewed does not establish an IP rating, so do not assume it has protection equivalent to the P3 Pro. The P4 package list names a USB Type-C cable, adapter, protective case, SIM tool and quick guide. Check the package contents for the exact sales region and variant.

- Choose the P3 Pro if you prefer a larger, higher-resolution curved display, value the specifically identified OIS main camera, or want the model realme positions around gaming. Treat its BGMI 90 FPS statement as conditional on the game update.
- Choose the P4 if you prioritize the larger stated battery, a higher listed screen refresh rate, or an included 8MP ultrawide camera.
- Compare before deciding if price is decisive: verify current prices for matching memory and storage configurations. The available price snapshot does not establish which phone is cheaper overall.
For either phone, confirm the exact model and regional version. P4 5G band compatibility depends on operator deployment; a listed band does not guarantee universal 5G compatibility.
