The realme GT 7 Pro is the larger-screen option, while the vivo X300 FE is more compact and, in vivo’s Europe specifications, pairs a 6.31-inch display with a 6,500 mAh typical battery and wireless charging. The available price snapshot shows a ₹40,000 difference on paper, but it is not a confirmed like-for-like deal: the realme listing is marked out of stock, and the configurations may differ.

These details come from different sources and regions, so they are not a promise that every market version has the same configuration. Which phone is better for your use?
Choose the realme GT 7 Pro for a larger display
At 6.78 inches versus 6.31 inches, the realme has more screen area by diagonal measurement. That may suit video, games, reading, or other tasks where a larger panel is welcome. The vivo is the more compact choice by screen size and may be easier to handle one-handed, though display diagonal alone does not establish overall phone dimensions or weight.

Both phones list a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide. Their third rear cameras are described differently: realme India lists a 50 MP periscope portrait camera with OIS, while vivo Europe lists a 50 MP telephoto. The vivo also lists a 50 MP front camera against realme’s 16 MP. Resolution and camera labels do not by themselves establish photo quality; lens behavior, processing, and actual shooting conditions matter.

In Luke Baker’s May 28, 2026 review for Digital Camera World, the reviewer praised the X300 FE’s main and selfie cameras but criticized its ultrawide, particularly at night. That is an individual review observation, not a controlled comparison with the realme GT 7 Pro.
Consider charging and battery evidence carefully
vivo Europe specifies a 6,500 mAh typical capacity (6,350 mAh rated), 90 W wired charging, and 40 W wireless charging for its X300 FE. Comparable verified battery and charging figures for the realme are not established here, so those specifications do not prove which phone lasts longer in use. The vivo Europe box contents include a case and pre-applied protective film, but no charger.

Do not infer gaming performance from chipset names
The available sources identify Snapdragon 8 Elite in the realme and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 in the vivo. Chipset names alone do not settle which phone performs better in a particular game or sustains higher performance over a long session. Look for comparable tests of the exact regional models if sustained performance is a deciding factor.
Check software and regional availability
The cited regional listings pair the realme with realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 and the vivo Europe model with Android 16 and OriginOS 6. Software versions and availability can vary by market and change with updates; verify the version and update policy for the specific device sold where you live. Digital Camera World described limited European availability when its May 2026 review was published and reported no UK or US launch then; that time-specific report should not be treated as a current availability check.

What is the price difference?
On 91mobiles’ displayed price snapshot, the realme GT 7 Pro is ₹49,999 and marked out of stock, while the vivo X300 FE is listed at ₹89,999 at Amazon. Subtracting the displayed figures gives ₹40,000, but that arithmetic is not a verified current price gap: the listing may not reflect live checkout prices, matching storage tiers, or comparable stock conditions.
Before deciding which is better value, compare current local listings for the same RAM and storage configuration, and check the seller, stock status, and whether a price is a sale or standard listing. The difference between 91mobiles’ displayed 12 GB/256 GB configurations and vivo Europe’s official 12 GB/512 GB specification illustrates why the configuration matters.

How to choose between them
- Prioritize the realme if you specifically want the larger 6.78-inch screen.
- Prioritize the vivo if you want the smaller 6.31-inch screen and the charging options specified for the Europe model.
- For camera choice, compare sample photos and the focal lengths you use; do not treat megapixel counts as a quality ranking.
- For gaming or battery life, seek comparable testing of the exact regional versions rather than inferring results from processor names or capacity figures.
- For value, verify the current price and matching storage tier in your market before treating the displayed ₹40,000 difference as meaningful.
