The realme 15 Pro 5G advertises a higher refresh rate, a larger typical battery and faster wired charging; Nothing Phone (4b) lists an adaptive 120 Hz display and a different battery capacity for India than for most other regions. Those specifications do not establish which phone is better in everyday use. For an India-market purchase, compare the exact regional variants and storage tiers, then verify live prices before deciding.
Which phones are being compared?
This comparison is between the realme 15 Pro 5G and the Nothing Phone (4b). realme announced the 15 Pro on July 24, 2025; it is not the similarly named realme 15 5G. realme’s India launch announcement

Display: 144 Hz versus adaptive 120 Hz
realme advertises a 144 Hz HyperGlow 4D Curve+ display. Nothing specifies a 6.77-inch Super AMOLED screen with adaptive refresh up to 120 Hz. Nothing’s product page describes it as “a 6.77″ Super AMOLED display with a smooth 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate for bright, clear and responsive visuals”; that is the manufacturer’s description, not an independent measurement.
A higher stated refresh rate does not by itself mean a screen looks better or feels smoother in every situation. Resolution, brightness, outdoor legibility, color behavior and how refresh rate adapts also matter. The cited realme material does not provide a matching set of measurements to compare against Nothing’s stated screen size and panel type, so use independent measurements and hands-on reviews if display quality is a deciding factor.

Performance and gaming
realme identifies a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and promotes gaming optimizations. Nothing describes an eight-core Snapdragon CPU and makes vendor performance claims, but those descriptions do not amount to a comparable benchmark result. Do not use marketing percentages, core counts or clock speeds alone to declare a performance winner.

Cameras: compare samples, not megapixel totals
realme lists a triple 50 MP camera system, including a Sony IMX896 OIS main camera, and advertises 4K 60 fps recording. Nothing lists a 50 MP OIS main camera and a 119-degree ultra-wide camera. These hardware descriptions do not establish which phone produces better photos or video.
Before choosing on camera performance, compare independent samples for skin tones, daylight detail, low-light scenes, ultra-wide distortion, autofocus, stabilization and video consistency. A shared megapixel count is not a substitute for image samples, and the cited product pages are not camera tests.

Battery and charging: account for the India variant
realme specifies a 7,000 mAh typical battery and 80 W charging. Its product page says reaching the maximum charging rate requires the original realme 80 W charger and cable; realme also qualifies some figures as laboratory results that may vary in actual use.

Nothing lists 6,000 mAh for the India variant of Phone (4b), while its listed capacity for most other regions is 5,200 mAh. Its product page also claims up to 22 hours of video streaming. That streaming claim and the battery-capacity figures are not directly comparable real-world endurance tests. Check that a listing is for the India model, then consult independent battery tests with comparable methods if runtime is important.

Durability, warranty and software support
realme advertises IP69 protection, but its product page sets conditions around device protection, warns that protection may decrease with wear and says liquid damage is not covered by warranty. Treat the rating as a manufacturer claim with limits, not as a promise that damage is impossible or warranty-covered.
Nothing’s product page describes Phone (4b) as running Android 16 with Nothing OS. The cited pages do not establish a matched comparison of software-support duration or local warranty terms. Check the support commitment and warranty for the exact India variant before using longevity as a deciding factor.
Price difference in India: verify before comparing
A 91mobiles comparison result showed ₹34,799 for realme 15 Pro 5G and ₹31,670 for Nothing Phone (4b), with both figures labeled Amazon. These are an indicative third-party snapshot, not verified live offers or proof that the two listings match in storage, seller eligibility or availability. The comparison result also contained conflicting device data, so it does not support a reliable current price gap.
