PyTorch Conference Europe 2026 took place in Paris on 7–8 April 2026, and its official sponsorship page says the event has passed and sponsorship opportunities are closed. The 2026 prospectus remains useful as a historical planning reference: it listed six sponsorship levels from $4,000 to $50,000, plus separately priced promotional opportunities. For a future edition, use that edition’s current prospectus rather than assuming these prices or benefits will carry forward.
What PyTorch Conference Europe 2026 sponsorship offered
The in-person conference was held at Station F, 5 Parvis Alan Turin, 75013 Paris, France. The official sponsor guide and prospectus describe the event’s 2026 packages and operational rules; the official sponsorship page now marks the event as passed and opportunities as closed.
The prospectus listed six sponsorship levels. The following prices are those published for the 2026 event by the Linux Foundation and PyTorch Conference Europe, not current offers:
| Sponsorship level | Published 2026 price |
|---|---|
| Level 1 | $50,000 |
| Level 2 | $35,000 |
| Level 3 | $18,000 |
| Level 4 | $8,000 |
| Level 5 | $4,000 |
| Level 6 | $4,000 |
The prospectus assigns differing entitlements by level. For future package comparisons, inspect the new prospectus for included passes, booth or placement benefits, session access, lead-retrieval options, and promotional recognition; do not assume that 2026 benefits will recur.

Venue, booth and shipping requirements
The sponsor guide said schedules used Central European Standard Time and could change. It provided booth hours for 7 and 8 April and event-specific setup instructions. Sponsors needed to account for these practical limits:
Recommended Free Tools
- Display footprint: Pop-up banners had to fit within a 6 ft × 6 ft (1.8 m × 1.8 m) space.
- Booth placement: Sponsorship level determined booth location, and earlier contract receipt influenced placement.
- Storage: No onsite sponsor storage was available.
- Shipping: Sponsors were directed to coordinate with the event logistics provider and use the advance warehouse process instead of sending goods directly to the venue.
These are venue-specific rules from the 2026 guide. Check the next event’s guide before choosing display equipment or arranging delivery.

Lead retrieval and attendee consent
The 2026 guide described three lead-retrieval choices: physical device(s) for eligible Diamond, Gold, and Silver sponsors; a mobile app used on the sponsor’s own device; or no lead retrieval. Badge scans were permitted only within a sponsor’s booth, and attendees had to give verbal consent before a scan. The guide also described the attendee information included in lead reports and said phone numbers were not included by default.
Speaking opportunities and content rules
For the 2026 event, Diamond sponsors received a keynote or breakout session, while Gold sponsors received a breakout session. All sessions were subject to program approval, and sales or marketing pitches were prohibited. Multi-speaker sessions also had to include at least one woman or gender non-conforming participant. Confirm speaking benefits and content requirements in the relevant edition’s terms before committing.

- Find the current event prospectus. Confirm the edition, dates, location, package rates, and whether sponsorship opportunities are open.
- Compare the package entitlements. Check passes, booth placement, visibility, speaking or session access, lead retrieval, and promotional recognition rather than comparing price alone.
- Review add-on terms and inventory. Verify eligibility, remaining inventory, restrictions, and whether an add-on is included in or priced separately from a package.
- Check operational details. Confirm booth dimensions, setup windows, shipping, storage, lead-data rules, and consent requirements against the new venue guide.
- Ask the organizer to confirm contract terms. Treat a prospectus as the published offer for its stated event, not a guarantee that the same package or inventory will be available later.
The official 2026 materials provide prices and logistics, but do not give a named attendance, conversion, or sponsor-ROI statistic. Package prices should not be treated as evidence of audience reach or return.
