No. The PS4 Slim has two USB ports, not three. Sony lists a separate AUX port as well, but AUX is a different connection and does not count as a USB port.
How many USB ports does the PS4 Slim have?
Sony’s technical specifications for the PS4 CUH-2000 series list “Super-Speed USB (USB 3.1 Gen1) port × 2.” That means the PS4 Slim has two USB ports. Sony’s PS4 technical specifications identify the CUH-2000 series as the PS4 and list the ports separately.
Why might it look like there are three?
The specification also lists “AUX port × 1.” The AUX connection is separate from the two USB ports, so counting it as a third USB port is incorrect. Sony’s safety guide for the later CUH-2200 series also lists two USB ports and one AUX port, corroborating the count across Slim revisions. Sony’s PS4 safety guide covers that model series.

What if you need to connect more USB devices?
A USB hub may let you connect more devices through one of the console’s USB ports, but that is a practical option rather than a Sony compatibility guarantee. Sony cautions that the functionality of connected devices is not guaranteed. Check that any hub and attached devices meet your needs before relying on them.

Does the PS4 Pro have the same port count?
The PS4 Pro is a separate product family, not another PS4 Slim revision. Sony’s specifications distinguish the CUH-2000 PS4 series from the CUH-7000 PS4 Pro series, so do not use Pro specifications to answer how many ports a Slim has.
