Zylo review
A broad platform for discovering, governing, and optimizing enterprise SaaS spend.

Zylo is an enterprise SaaS management platform for IT, procurement, software asset management, and FinOps teams. It brings software spend, contracts, applications, usage, renewals, and license data into a centralized inventory. AI-powered discovery identifies and categorizes applications, while usage analytics, reclamation workflows, access requests, and renewal prioritization support ongoing SaaS governance. Its focus suits organizations managing a broad and changing software portfolio rather than teams seeking a single-purpose license tracker.
Pricing is organized into three quote-based plans. Zylo Core includes AI-powered app discovery, continuous spend visibility, usage data connections, direct integrations, automated alerts and reports, and app comparisons. Zylo Premium adds portfolio and pricing benchmarks, Okta or Microsoft Entra actions, Jira ITSM automations, a full CRUD API, and cost allocation. Zylo Enterprise adds support for multiple business units, M&A support, sandbox testing environments, and premium security features. The tier structure gives buyers a clear progression from visibility to operational automation and enterprise administration, but evaluating fit requires a conversation with sales rather than a published amount or free plan.
The platform’s ecosystem is a major part of its value. Integrations include Okta, Microsoft Entra, Jira, Google SSO, Workday, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, Asana, and Expensify. Its web and API access, Usage Connect capabilities, provisioning and deprovisioning actions, and REST API support connections across identity, IT service management, business applications, and financial workflows. Choose Zylo when SaaS discovery, spend control, usage analysis, renewal planning, and governance need to work together. A narrower tool may be a better fit when the requirement is limited to one of those functions.
