Our verdict on Zuper
Zuper is a cloud-based field service management platform for service businesses and their office teams. It brings together work orders, scheduling, dispatch, technician tracking, estimates, invoicing, payments, inventory, customer communication, and portals. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support office staff, mobile technicians, and connected business systems. Its audience is growing service organizations that need more than basic job scheduling, especially teams looking for modern field workflows and AI-assisted documentation.
The three paid plans build from operational control to broader automation. Basic includes mobile and desktop apps with offline mode, work orders, job notes, checklists, status tracking, calendar and Kanban views, team chat, and alerts. Core adds quoting, intelligent dispatching, inventory and purchasing, invoicing, payment collection, job costing, and profit tracking. Premium adds AI job summaries, voice-to-text documentation, a branded customer portal, technician tracking with ETAs, workflow automation, and profitability dashboards. Offline synchronization supports field updates when connectivity returns, although the capability requires account enablement by Zuper.
Zuper also fits teams that need an ecosystem around field operations. Integrations include HubSpot, Zendesk, QuickBooks, Avalara, Sage, Xero, Stripe, Zoho, and Wisetack, while API access supports additional connections. Customer-facing capabilities cover service requests, job tracking, quote approval, invoices, and payments; internal tools extend to barcode, asset, parts, and inventory management. Teams should choose Zuper when they want a wide FSM system with dispatch, financial workflows, mobile support, portals, and AI features in one product. Smaller teams seeking only simple scheduling may find its breadth unnecessary, and organizations requiring offline mode must account for the enablement requirement.
