Zoho PageSense review
A broad CRO platform with a forever-free plan and testing across web, mobile, and APIs.

Zoho PageSense brings visitor analytics, experimentation, and personalization into one conversion optimization platform. It is designed for teams that want to study behavior through funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, and form analytics, then test website or product changes. Coverage extends beyond websites to iOS and Android applications through SDKs, as well as APIs and a Chrome extension. Small teams can start with the Forever Free plan, while larger programs can move into Professional or Enterprise tiers.
The free offering is unusually broad for an entry point: it includes up to 5,000 monthly tracked users, one project, one month of data retention, five goals, web and mobile analytics, funnels, heatmaps, session recording, and form analytics. Professional adds three projects, six months of data retention, visitor-volume scaling from 10,000 to 1,000,000 monthly tracked users, polls, push notifications, and pop-ups and banners. Enterprise adds ten projects, twelve months of data retention, flexible visitor scaling, A/B testing, Split URL testing, full-stack testing, and personalization. The published plans show a visitor-based pricing model, so expected cost depends on tracked-user volume.
PageSense is strongest when a team needs more than a visual A/B test. Its visual experiment editor supports website variations, while APIs and SDKs support programmatic experimentation. Audience targeting and segmentation, Bayesian and Frequentist statistical methods, Multi-Arm Bandit allocation, and variation-specific heatmaps add depth for teams comparing different testing approaches. Integrations with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Commerce, Zapier, Intercom, and OpenAI support a wider workflow. Choose PageSense for broad experimentation and analytics with a free starting tier; teams needing advanced testing or personalization should expect an Enterprise plan.
