Zoho Books is cloud accounting software for solopreneurs, small businesses, and growing teams. It combines invoicing, recurring invoices, expense and bill management, bank feeds, transaction matching, reconciliation, inventory tracking, projects, reports, tax workflows, customer portals, and accountant collaboration. Access is available through the web, Windows, iOS, Android, and an API, giving finance teams several ways to work with accounting data.

Pricing starts with the Free plan at $0 per organization per month, billed monthly. It includes invoices, quotes, expenses, journals, receipt autoscans, bank reconciliation, and a customer portal, with 50 receipt autoscans per month. Standard costs $20 monthly or $15 per organization per month when billed annually, adding progress invoicing, sales and use tax tracking, bank feeds, API access, and recurring expenses. Professional costs $50 monthly or $40 annually, adding purchase orders, inventory tracking, multi-currency transactions, project profitability, and custom user roles. Premium costs $70 monthly or $60 annually, with fixed asset management, budgets, cashflow forecasting, custom modules, and custom functions. Elite costs $150 monthly and adds advanced inventory control, warehouse management, serial number and batch tracking, shipment tracking, and online sales channel connections. A 14-day free trial is also available.

The ecosystem is a major part of the product’s fit. Zoho Books connects with Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Zoho Payments, Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, Zoho Analytics, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Zapier. These connections support payment collection, customer workflows, expense management, analytics, inventory, and online sales channels. Businesses that want accounting-centered time billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting should find the product well aligned. Teams seeking deep dedicated time tracking as their primary workflow should consider a more specialized option.
