Zoey is a B2B ecommerce and order-management platform for wholesalers, distributors, and brands. It brings together orders from phone, email, trade shows, self-service storefronts, sales representatives, Shopify, and Faire. Buyers can browse account-specific catalogs and pricing, place orders, and reorder. Sales teams can create orders and quotes through web and mobile apps, while CRM, invoicing, payments, fulfillment workflows, and customer permissions support the wider sales process. It is suited to established B2B organizations that need both self-service buying and assisted order entry.

The plan structure scales access and integration depth. Starter includes a storefront or mobile app, one user license, 50 accounts, unlimited sales orders, QuickBooks Online, and ShipStation. Plus adds both storefront and mobile app access, three user licenses, 200 accounts, all supported integrations, and API access. Pro keeps the same core product scope while increasing access to eight user licenses and 500 accounts. Enterprise includes both storefront and mobile app access, all supported integrations, custom integrations, API access, and unlimited inventory locations. Every plan is paid, so Zoey is aimed at teams ready to adopt a commercial B2B ordering system rather than those evaluating a free product.

Zoey’s strongest area is breadth across order capture and downstream processing. The mobile app supports offline order entry, barcode scanning, PDF-based order capture, and customer data access. The platform also covers quotes, approval workflows, quote-to-order conversion, customer-specific pricing, price lists, tier pricing, discounts, invoices, payment collection, statements, net terms, split shipments, backorders, and order validation. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, ShipStation, Shopify, Faire, Salesforce, Avalara, Stripe, PayPal, and others. Choose Zoey when multiple sales channels and operational workflows need to connect; choose an alternative if a small team needs a free starting point or only basic order entry.
