ZentraITSM review
Configurable ITSM with strong workflow, CMDB, AI, and deployment flexibility.

ZentraITSM is an enterprise service management platform for internal IT teams, MSPs, regulated organizations, and departments such as HR, Facilities, Finance, and Legal. It brings incident and service request management together with service catalogs, dynamic forms, problem and change management, CAB workflows, asset and CMDB relationships, knowledge management, SLA governance, analytics, and automation. Teams can choose a managed cloud service or self-hosted deployment.
Pricing separates a per-user cloud plan from flat-rate self-hosted plans. Zentra Cloud costs $19 per user per month with annual billing and includes all ITSM practices, asset and CMDB capabilities, approval workflows, AI ticket classification and auto-resolve, knowledge tools, CSAT surveys, dashboards, and scheduled reports. The self-hosted Basic plan costs $79 per month annually and covers incident and service request management, knowledge, CSAT, email and portal intake, and standard SLA tracking. Standard costs $249 per month annually and adds full ITIL practices, CMDB, workflow scenarios and approvals, AI features, and custom reporting. Advanced costs $799 per month annually, adding multi-tenant/MSP mode, extended audit retention, data export, data residency and compliance evidence, and 24×7 enterprise support.
Its ecosystem includes Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Datadog, Grafana, GitHub, GitLab, email, REST API, webhooks, and an event stream. That combination suits organizations connecting service management to identity, collaboration, monitoring, and development workflows. The platform is a strong fit for teams that need configurable ITSM across departments or deployment control through self-hosting. Teams seeking a free product, or a narrowly focused incident desk without broader service-management requirements, should consider a simpler alternative.
ZentraITSM pros and cons

- Supports managed cloud and self-hosted deployment with REST APIs
- Where it doesn't
- No free plan; the trial period is limited to 30 days
- Basic focuses on core service desk functions rather than full ITIL coverage
- Advanced capabilities and enterprise support require the highest-priced plan
