It brings reservations, direct bookings, OTA distribution, guest communication, payments, reporting, pricing, and operational tasks into one system. The free Core Plan includes a property management system, direct booking website, email automation, automated card payments, and unlimited properties. Hosts looking to centralize day-to-day rental operations without an upfront subscription will find its broad feature set particularly relevant.
