ZarMoney is cloud-based bookkeeping and accounting software for small businesses and larger organizations. It brings together customer invoicing, recurring invoices, accounts payable, expense tracking, bank connections, reconciliation, inventory management, sales and purchase orders, tax tools, reporting, and role-based user access. Its strongest fit is a web-based business that needs bookkeeping alongside inventory tracking across multiple warehouses, rather than a lightweight invoicing-only tool.

Pricing is paid and billed monthly. The Small Business plan costs $20 per month and includes unlimited transactions, U.S.-based customer service, and ZarMoney Expert Assist free for the first 30 days. The Enterprise plan costs $350 per month and adds custom features, specialized training, a dedicated account representative, phone support, and ZarMoney Expert Assist. A 15-day free trial is available without a credit card, but there is no free plan. The pricing structure gives smaller businesses a lower-cost entry point while reserving tailored service and account support for the Enterprise tier.

The feature breadth is the main reason to consider ZarMoney. Automatic bank transaction imports, one-click matching, reconciliation, receipt and document attachments, categorization rules, quotes, estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, and customizable financial reporting cover a broad bookkeeping workflow. Integrations with Zapier, Stripe, and PayPal extend its connections, while role-based permissions support multi-user access. However, the product is web-only, and its published positioning does not include verified accountant access. Businesses needing mobile-specific access or accountant collaboration should consider an alternative; those comfortable working in a browser and prioritizing inventory accounting should find the Small Business plan the more natural starting point.
