Yodeck is a cloud-based digital signage platform for organizations managing one or many screens. Through a central web portal, teams can upload videos, images, audio, documents, web content, live streams, and other supported media; arrange layouts and playlists; schedule playback; and manage players remotely. It is suited to business communications, retail, restaurants, education, healthcare, and other organizational deployments that need centralized control across screens.
Pricing scales by screen. The Free plan costs $0 per screen forever and includes a single screen license, all Basic features, unlimited file storage, and unlimited users. Basic costs $8 per screen per month and adds all media types, 800+ customizable templates, 90+ Essential Apps, a drag-and-drop layout editor, an Interactive Kiosk App, and basic scheduling and playlists. Premium costs $12 per screen per month and adds Microsoft 365 and Google Apps, data visualization apps, the Yodeck AI Agent and API, advanced scheduling, tag-based playlists, and interactive library features. Enterprise costs $16 per screen per month and adds workspaces, hierarchies, SAML SSO, data encryption, custom roles, branded templates, billing entities, and 24/5 support. A 30-day full-feature access period is also available.
Yodeck fits deployments that need broad content support and a range of playback options, including web, Windows, Android, Chrome extension, and API access. Its integrations include Power BI, SharePoint, Google Drive, Canva, Microsoft Teams, Trello, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Planner, Monday, and Zenkit. Offline playback of locally downloaded videos and images helps screens continue presenting content without an active connection, while monitoring and role-based permissions support distributed operations. Organizations needing a low-cost route from one screen to larger deployments should consider Yodeck. Teams that require a mobile app should choose an alternative.
