Yenlio brings child profiles, EYFS observations, learning journeys, attendance, family communication and care records into one nursery management platform. Its plans address childminders as well as nurseries, with a Nursery Essentials option that includes multiple rooms and staff accounts. The product is aimed at providers that want to manage children’s records and day-to-day family updates alongside early-years workflows, particularly small settings looking for EYFS and funding tools.
The plan structure moves from basic records and communication toward operational administration. Free Starter includes child profiles, basic observations, parent messaging and newsfeed, consent views, accident report acknowledgement and email support. Childminder Essentials adds learning journeys, accident and medication records, resources and policies. Childminder Professional adds automated invoicing, GoCardless Direct Debit, a Funding Centre, document signing, Ofsted-readiness tools and QuickBooks export.
