Xpand Portal is a B2B customer, vendor, and partner portal for organizations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems. It gives external users access to orders, invoices, documents, inventory, delivery statuses, projects, service history, and customer-care workflows. The product is suited to logistics, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, warehousing, telecommunications, and IT organizations that want to move operational requests and information into self-service portals.

The plan structure starts with a free 30-day trial, followed by Starter, Growth, Scale, Advanced, and Enterprise tiers. Each paid tier includes a single tenant, five administrative users, a Business Central connector, and SSO. Authenticated-user allowances increase from 100 in Starter to 500 in Growth, 1,000 in Scale, 2,000 in Advanced, and more than 2,000 in Enterprise. Hosting is handled separately, and the pricing terms include a minimum one-year commitment.

Its main strength is breadth: configurable CMS pages, templates, themes, dashboards, reporting, notifications, alerts, role-based permissions, activity tracking, APIs, and two-factor authentication sit alongside operational modules for orders, receivables, inventory, projects, and service. That makes it a strong candidate for ERP-connected deployments with multiple external audiences and detailed access requirements. Organizations seeking a narrowly focused portal, a free plan, or included hosting should consider a simpler alternative instead.
