xneelo Self-Managed Dedicated Servers provide dedicated bare-metal infrastructure for technical teams and businesses running production workloads. The service supports Linux and Windows Server, with full root access and dedicated resources rather than shared hosting. Customers can customize CPU, RAM, storage, RAID and operating-system choices, while xneelo manages the physical hardware and network infrastructure. This makes the product a strong fit for South African organizations that want direct server control and have the skills to administer production systems.

Pricing starts with the TruServ 1230 at ZAR 1,295 per server per month, billed monthly, with an Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3 CPU, 16 GB ECC RAM, two 1 TB Enterprise SSDs, Software RAID 1 and unlimited traffic. TruServ 2334 keeps 16 GB ECC RAM, two 1 TB Enterprise SSDs, Software RAID 1 and unlimited traffic with an Intel Xeon E-2334 CPU. The TruServ Plus 2136 and 2336 models add 32 GB ECC RAM and hardware RAID upgrades. TruServ Commerce 2620 and 4310 provide 64 GB ECC RAM, three 1 TB Enterprise SSDs and Hardware RAID 5; the TruServ Commerce 4310 is listed at ZAR 3,495 per month. The entry server also has a one-time ZAR 445 setup fee.

Operational control is the main strength, supported by a Remote Management Interface, Linux recovery tools, OS installation, DDoS protection and mitigation, IPv4 allocation, 24/7 technical support and a 99.9% network uptime SLA. The trade-off is responsibility: customers maintain the operating system, applications, security, updates and backups. Teams seeking provider-managed administration or included backups should choose a managed dedicated-server service instead. Teams that can handle system administration and want customizable bare metal, uncapped access and local hosting options should consider xneelo.
