Affordable cloud RMM with broad core controls, but a smaller integration set.

XEOX is a cloud-based remote monitoring and management platform for IT teams and managed service providers. It combines asset management and CMDB records with hardware, software and user inventories, automated operating-system and third-party patching, software distribution, recurring task automation, scripting, reporting, alerting and browser-based remote access. Windows, macOS and Linux agents are supported, with deployment through the cloud and a browser extension. Its per-device structure suits teams that want one system for endpoint control and remote operations.
The published plans are straightforward. Pro costs €15 per device per year with annual billing and includes Patch Management, Software Distribution, Task Automation and Scripting, Asset Management/CMDB, Reports and Alerting, and Remote Support. Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus Premium Support and a Flexible Contract, with Custom Pricing. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card. This makes Pro easy to evaluate for smaller deployments, while Enterprise is aimed at organizations that need a tailored commercial arrangement and higher-touch support.
Platform coverage is a practical strength: XEOX works through web, Windows, macOS, Linux and API access, and adds port-based network access control alongside endpoint functions. Named integrations include Getscreen, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mattermost and Jira Software. Data is hosted in EU data centers, and the listed posture includes GDPR, ISO27001 and two-factor authentication. Support channels are email, phone and documentation. Choose XEOX when patching, inventory, automation and remote access matter more than a large ecosystem; teams requiring extensive integrations, a free tier or 24/7 support should consider alternatives.
