Our verdict on XEN

XEN brings prospect intake and factoring operations into a cloud-based platform for commercial lenders and factoring companies. Its free tier focuses on the front end: prospect applications and portal, sales funnel management, automated reminder emails, checklists, workflows, collaboration, and referral management. The broader product also covers financial document analysis, client and debtor management, invoice purchases, payment reconciliation, reporting, and client access to funding requests. That range makes XEN worth considering for a small factor that wants to start with prospect workflows and may later need servicing tools.

The product is modular, with distinct Free, Pro, and Factoring plans. Pro adds AI-powered financial document analysis, third-party diligence integrations, automated flags, in-app quotes and contracts with e-signature, and advanced configuration.
